CSG Clubhouses

The CSG Clubhouse program offers vocational and psychiatric rehabilitation services for adults with mental illness. Throughout the work-ordered day, members learn skills useful in finding and maintaining employment within a supportive environment.

Clubhouses can be divided into units like clerical, kitchen, administrative and retail. Each unit plays a role in the function and maintenance of the entire Clubhouse, while providing members with the chance to learn or improve their skills in each of the respective unit areas.

Members work towards competitive employment by working side by side with staff.

They complete applications, write resumes, develop interviewing skills, and learn how to perform a job search. Some of the resources to maintain employment are offered through contacting and educating employers, job club, transitional employment, supported employment and independent employment.
