Our Core Values

Our Commitment to Excellence

CSG is committed to continuously improving the quality of our services, the efficacy of our business operations and processes, the ability of our staff to serve our participants, and our overall commitment to human interactions.

Our promise to the community is simple: We will ensure that all persons receive quality service that leads to positive outcomes for individuals, their families, and the community as a whole.

Beyond successful results, CSG endeavors to be recognized as a highly ethical and principled organization. Our continued success is linked to honest, professional behavior in all of our clinical work and business dealings. CSG is a certified BCorportation, indicating that we, as a company, meet the highest standards of social and environmental impact.

The nature of the work at CSG is filled with meaning. On a daily basis, I have the opportunity to sit with, and speak to individuals and families who require assistance, often in the toughest times of their lives. This is serious work, and CSG allows me to do it with excellence."
