CSG Bakery in Sunbury

CSG Bakery, located in Sunbury, is a vocational rehabilitation program that helps individuals develop job skills such as communication and time management. Local businesses and organizations can partner with the bakery for their baked good needs - from fundraising to catering and many other baked goods needs!

CSG Clubhouse

Offers vocational and psychiatric rehabilitation services for adults with mental illness. Throughout the work-ordered day, members learn skills useful in finding and maintaining employment within a supportive environment.

Case Management

This community program allows us to provide supports in the home, work site or at other designated locations convenient for the individual. Services include coordinating, linking, monitoring, accessing community services, recovery and resiliency planning and building a natural support network.

EPIC Program

Offers specialized care to those experiencing their first episode of psychosis to help understand and manage the symptoms so they can get back to leading a full life.

Mental Health Residential Programs

CSG provides an array of Mental Health Residential services in a variety of locations. Mental Health Residential programs are designed to support individuals with serious mental illness to live successfully in their home communities. Staff in these programs provide skill-building rehabilitation and/or treatment services. Referrals come through mental health case management in each county.

Outpatient Services (Therapy and Psychiatry)

Our outpatient services include psychiatric assessments and medication monitoring; psychological evaluations; Individual, couples and family therapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Partial Hospitalization Services

A Partial Hospitalization program provides more intensive counseling than outpatient treatment, allowing individuals to be active members of the community without being hospitalized.

Assists individuals with mental health issues by developing their path to recovery. Individuals will work with Certified Peer Specialists in a variety of areas, including education, independent living and relationship building.

Promoting recovery, community integration and improved quality of life for individuals with mental health conditions. CSG has Site-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs as well as Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Clubhouse locations.
