RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY

Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Residential Program

The Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) service is a level of care designed for adolescents who are experiencing complex and severe emotional and behavioral disturbances that cannot be effectively treated in the community setting. A treatment team, including the adolescent and their family members, collaborates to develop goals that support independent living, family relationships and healthy coping and emotional regulation.

What We Do:

We take a family-centered approach that builds on evidence-based treatment models to support an adolescent in building the skills and resilience necessary to live a full and independent life. Providing a congregate environment that values and respects adolescents, their families, and the strengths they bring to treatment enables us to better meet individual needs.

How It Works:

A Residential Setting: 24 hour care and support to include coordination with education and family systems. (8 Single Occupancy Rooms)
Family Involvement: Family and caregiver support is involved in treatment, progress reviews and discharge planning.
Evidence-Based Treatment Models: Treatment planning and delivery is developed using evidence-based practices and models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
