Enhancing independence and wellbeing

CONCEPTS Community Participation Supports (CPS) services provide IDD individuals with opportunities to participate in activities that develop and increase their daily living, social, communication, functional and vocational skills. These services work to enhance their independence and sense of wellbeing in the community.

Programs and goals are personalized based upon individual needs, preferences and interests. Staff support each participant by developing skills that enable them to communicate their wants and needs, and apply them to their individual program.
