We are proud to announce that Molly Marshall has been named Vice President of Human Resources, effective July 1, 2026.
The quality of care an organization provides is only as strong as the people delivering it, and the systems that support them. Molly’s promotion reflects CSG’s commitment to building those systems thoughtfully, developing leaders from within, and creating a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
“Molly has dedicated 15 years to helping build a stronger, more effective HR team at CSG,” said Susan Blue, President and CEO. “Her depth of knowledge, her commitment to our people, and her steady leadership make her exceptionally well suited for this role. We are proud to have her leading our HR team as we continue to grow and invest in our workforce.”
Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University and earned her SHRM-CP certification in February 2020, which she actively maintains.
“My focus will always be on supporting the people who make CSG’s mission possible—our employees,” said Marshall. “When our team feels valued, supported, and equipped to do their best work, we’re able to better serve the individuals in our care.”
