Mental Health First Aid Training

Children and adults who are struggling with mental health issues may feel alone, disconnected and misunderstood. They may try to hide their disorder, but issues rarely remain hidden for long. They often present themselves through high absenteeism, poor work performance, undesirable behavior, low productivity and low morale.

We are among the first in the nation to staff certified MHFA-USA Trainers

Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) provides the tools to assist someone experiencing a mental health crisis to individuals without clinical training. Like CPR for trauma victims, the goal of MHFA is to help support an individual in crisis until they receive appropriate professional help. The training gives helpful insights into symptoms of mental health issues.

Hidden in Plain Sight

Low morale. Constantly stressed out. Irritability and lack of focus. Sounds like just about any workplace, right? Unfortunately, it could be a sign of issues lurking just below the surface. While employees may try their best to cover them up, mental health problems rarely remain hidden for long. From low productivity to poor performance to a high rate of absences, the indirect cost to a business can be staggering.
