CSG offers a wide range of services to adults with mental health needs and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services are individualized and driven by the needs and goals of the individual and his or her loved ones, with a focus on increasing independence at home and in the community.

Adult Mental Health Services
From outpatient mental health treatment to long-term residential care, our team supports you on your path to recovery. We offer individualized care for people with mild to severe mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders.

Services Include:
Outpatient Mental Health Treatment, including psychiatric assessments and medication monitoring; psychological evaluations; Individual, couples and family therapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Mental Health Housing based on the level of support needed, including Community Homes, Supported Living and Family Living through Lifesharing.
Vocational Services that help individuals search for jobs, refine interview skills, transition to a new career, or learn new skills through programs like CSG Clubhouses. In addition to working with individuals in the employment arena CSG also operates a commercial Bakery and cafe in Northumberland County, which serve as vocational rehabilitation opportunities for individuals.
Target Case Management provides services in the home, work site or at other designated locations convenient for the individual. Services include coordinating, linking, monitoring, accessing community services, recovery and resiliency planning and building a natural support network.
Partial hospitalization services, which provide more intensive counseling than outpatient treatment, allowing individuals to be active members of the community without being hospitalized.
Psychiatric rehabilitation programs promoting recovery, community integration and improved quality of life for individuals with mental health conditions. CSG has Site-Based Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs as well as Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Clubhouse locations.
Peer support services assists individuals with mental health issues by developing their path to recovery. Individuals will work with Certified Peer Specialists in a variety of areas, including education, independent living and relationship building.
Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) – specialized mobile treatment teams that work with individuals and their support systems to develop and implement treatment and interventions for individuals with co-occurring mental health disorders (MH), intellectual disabilities (ID), and behavioral challenges.
EPIC program offers specialized care to those experiencing their first episode of psychosis to help understand and manage the symptoms so they can get back to leading a full life.

Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Services
Our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) services include residential programs, day programs, and community based supports designed to promote wellness and individual growth in a supportive, empowering environment.

Services Include:
Adult Day Programs in both group and individual settings.
Behavioral Health Services provides consultative services to individuals, families and agencies. Our qualified clinicians are cross trained in working with both the behavioral needs of people with intellectual disabilities and also behavioral challenges due to mental health disorders, Trauma, Autism, Alzheimer ’s disease, Down Syndrome and other genetic disorders
Supported care for individuals who live on their own or with their families.
Employment services that provide the guidance needed to find and retain jobs.
Residential Program in our community homes, up to four individuals live together and receive 24 hour supervision. The level of staff supervision depends on each individual’s needs. Support may be very intensive or moderate in nature.
Lifesharing Program, enriching the lives of individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities, through carefully matching them with a long-term support family. Read more about our Lifesharing program below.
