Mental Health Workers are key members of a multidisciplinary team. Their main role is to support children, adolescents, and their families in reaching their highest level of functioning. They use their clinical skills, independent judgment, decision-making abilities, and creativity to foster personal growth and strengthen the social networks of those they serve.
DSPs work closely with those who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. They provide care in a variety of settings and promote the emotional, physical and personal well-being of each individual they care for.
Program Supervisors oversee the daily operations of community homes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Their responsibilities include delegating work, assigning duties, and ensuring the completion of tasks by direct support staff. They are also tasked with upholding the principles and values of self-determination, adhering to CSG’s policies and all relevant regulations.
