As we reflect on this year’s Pride month, we are grateful for the opportunity to once again celebrate our vibrant LGBTQ+ community, whether through participating at local events or continuing our efforts to advocate for and support equality and inclusion for all. Here at CSG, we value everyone. We believe that diversity, equity and inclusion both strengthen our organization and the communities we serve, during the month of June and beyond.

We are an organization made up of individuals from various backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, as are the communities we serve. This diversity fuels our creativity and strengthens us. It also allows us to approach challenges with fresh perspectives and deliver services that are truly responsive to the needs of everyone in our community.
