A Month of Gratitude: Celebrating Our Hardworking CSG Team

Community Services Group’s Employee Appreciation Month is one of our favorite times of year at CSG. It’s a dedicated month-long celebration to honor the dedication, hard work, and contributions of our incredible team. This year, we focused on the theme “Growing Stronger Together,” recognizing the power of unity and collaboration in achieving our shared goals.

Employee Gifts and Prizes

One of the highlights each year is providing our team members with tokens of our appreciation to remind them of how much we value them. We also love the chance to host fun games, like our CSG Scavenger Hunt and virtual escape room, where participants can be entered into daily drawings to win extra gifts and prizes!

Local Celebrations and Get-Togethers

Coming together outside of our daily tasks and work environments is an important part of growing together and building connections. Our managers and support teams put special thought and care into coming up with ways to gather and enjoy each other’s company all throughout the month.

Employee Appreciation Night at the Lancaster Stormers Game

Community partner and local home team, the Lancaster Stormers hosted an Employee Appreciation Night at their beautiful ballpark. This fun-filled evening provided a chance for our team members, along with their families and friends, to relax, socialize, and enjoy a night out together. Go Stormers!
