Lancaster, PA, October 10, 2024 – Community Services Group (CSG), a leading provider of mental health and intellectual disability services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Jones as Vice President of Mental Health Services and Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW, as Vice President of Mental Health Treatment Services. Melissa and Aimee will both be joining the Executive Leadership Team. Jim Martin has also been promoted to the newly created Chief of Clinical Innovation within Mental Health Treatment Services.
Melissa Jones brings over three decades of experience to her new role. She joined CSG in 1989 and has held various leadership positions throughout her tenure. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner.
Aimee Tsikitas, a licensed clinical social worker, has been with CSG since 2001. She has held progressively responsible roles, including Program Director of Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs and Director of Mental Health Treatment Services.
Jim Martin joined CSG in 2009 as Director of Outpatient Services and has since held various leadership positions. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Temple University and a Masters in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. Jim is passionate about employee engagement, creativity, innovation, and team dynamics.
