Opportunities for IDD Career Development

CSG is continually exploring and implementing opportunities to help foster career development and employee growth across all programs. The work we do at CSG is extremely rewarding, but it takes passion and commitment to lifelong learning and self-improvement. 

Through our local and national organizations that help provide courses and support the funding, we’re excited to share current opportunities for CSG employees that are in Direct Support Professional and Program Director roles in our IDD programs. We’re putting a spotlight on one current program that we’re thrilled to be offering.


CSG, in partnership with ANCOR is offering a career development program that was made available by the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), with funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This program provides eligible employees with the opportunity to earn nationally recognized ANCOR Certificates of Achievements in specific specialty areas, such as Aging, Community Integration, and Health and Safety.

Participants of this program will be compensated, and will also have bonus opportunities as they progress throughout the program. Once completed they will receive specialized Certificates of Achievement to honor their efforts.

We have had over 80 participants earn certificates through the ANCOR program so far! These individuals showed great commitment to themselves and their peers, and we could not be more proud or grateful for their dedication.
