Kenneth E. Ruffner, MS is a Licensed Psychologist, providing individual, marriage, and family therapy and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. He has been with Community Services Group and MAPS Behavioral Health since 2013. Having completed his Master of Science in Psychology at Millersville University, Ken has been providing mental health treatment and psychological services for more than 40 years. He is also certified to provide Critical Incident Stress Management.
