Jim Martin, MS, is Community Services Group’s (CSG) director of treatment services in Lancaster/Dauphin Counties. His background includes working 10 years as an outpatient treatment provider and 9 years providing administrative oversight to mental health programs. Jim helped transition a three-county community mental health program from a public to a private model while living in North Carolina. Since returning to Pennsylvania in 2008, Jim has spent the majority of his time working on implementing new and innovative services in CSG’s outpatient programs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Telepsychiatry, Integrated Health Services, and School-based Therapy.
