Ivy Eldred, LCSW

Ivy Eldred, MSW, LCSW is the Practice Manager for both the Mill Hall and Williamsport Outpatient programs and the Williamsport Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. Ivy began her employment with CSG in 2007 and worked in a variety of roles prior to obtaining her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University in 2013. Since that time, Ivy has continued her work with CSG as the Group Therapist for the adult partial hospitalization program and as a Mental Health Professional providing individual therapy. In 2015, Ivy became the Assistant Program Director for the Lycoming/Clinton OP programs and was promoted to the Practice Manager in 2017. Ivy oversees daily program operations, recruits, trains, and supervises staff, while also continuing to provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents.
