CSG Participates in Refugee Simulation
Recently, 35 CSG employees in Lancaster participated in a refugee simulation to better understand what refugees experience and how CSG can better serve this community. The staff pretended to be refugees, working their way through an informative simulation where they experienced persecution, were assigned to crowded “refugee camps,” carried rice on their heads and ran into reams of red tape. By understanding what all refugees go though, CSG can better meet the growing need to respond and support the refugee community.
