Andrea Strumpf, MD

Andrea Strumpf, MD, is a board certified adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Strumpf completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, her residency in general adult psychiatry at Beth Israel Hospital and her doctorate at Rush Medical College. Dr. Strumpf has worked as a psychiatrist in private practice and for organizations like Seven Counties Services, North Carolina Department of Public Safety, North Carolina Department of Mental Health and the Department of Mental Health State of Illinois.

Amanda Adkinson, MSW, LSW

Amanda Adkinson, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who began working as a Mental Health Professional for Community Services Group in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Lock Haven University in 2014 and her Master of Social Work from Edinboro University in 2020 and is currently working on obtaining her Clinical License for Social Work. In addition to working as an outpatient therapist, Amanda has 7 years of experience working as an in-home family counselor providing services to the families of children and adolescents who were at risk of out-of-home placements. She worked with individuals of all ages, couples, and families providing parenting support, behavioral and mental health interventions, and trauma informed care in the home, school, and community settings. Amanda is a Certified Trauma & Resiliency Practitioner and is working on obtaining her Clinical License for Social Work.

Ben Northrup, MS

Ben Northrup, MS, is a Mental Health Professional who began working as an Outpatient Therapist with Community Services Group in 2021. He received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Lock Haven University and his Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. He is currently working on receiving his license for professional counseling. Ben has experience with many empirically-based counseling techniques and works with ages 5 and over. Ben’s previous professional experience includes work at a domestic violence shelter where he provided options counseling and case management for survivors of domestic abuse; work as a Behavioral Health Advisor with CSG where he worked on treatment plans, treatment team communications, and goal attainment for individuals living in Community Based Rehabilitation facilities; and work as a group therapist with CSG’s Partial Hospitalization Program.

Allison Dabback, MSW, LSW

Allison Dabback, MSW, LSW, is a Mental Health Professional who began working as an Outpatient Therapist with Community Services Group in 2020. She received her Bachelors in Social Work at Lock Haven University and her Masters in Social Work at Edinboro University and is currently working on obtaining her Clinical License for Social Work. Allison has also received training on Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) which is an evidence-based therapy for children ages 2 through 6 years old and their families. Allison’s previous professional experience includes providing case management services to children in foster care; Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services working as a Therapeutic Support Staff, Behavioral Specialist Consultant, and Mobile Therapist in the home, school and community settings to school aged-children.

Rebecca Getgen, MA

Rebecca Getgen, MA is a Mental Health Outpatient therapist at CSG. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Professional Counseling and Biblical studies and her Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lancaster Bible College in 2016. Prior to outpatient therapy, Rebecca spent 2 years working in the BHRS field as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant and Mobile therapist with school aged children. She has also received training in Parent-Child Interaction therapy for preschool aged children and their families. Rebecca has been trained in trauma treatment for adults of all ages and has gained experience supporting individuals on their journey to better understand and cope with a variety of mental health symptoms such as:  anxiety, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder.

Monica Trick, LSW

Monica Trick, LSW is a Licensed Social worker providing outpatient therapy for Community Services Group since 2019.  She received her BSW from Union Institute and University and her MSW from Edinboro University.  Monica has specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  She has past experience working in Partial Hospitalization Programs as well as inpatient behavioral health treatment.  She also provides short term counseling (EAP services).

Lori Wilcocks, LCSW

Lori Wilcocks, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario in 1993 and also completed a certificate in addiction studies in 1995.  She Attended Georgian College in Orillia, Ontario and received a diploma in addiction studies in 1998 and moved to the Williamsport area.  In 2005 she graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University and joined the Community Services Group as an outpatient mental health professional in 2015. Lori has worked as a licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor working in inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and hospital facilities.  She has also worked within the mental health field as a Therapeutic Staff support or Behavioral Specialist.  Her expertise and compassion offer her clients the support and knowledge to make the necessary changes to increase the quality of their lives.

Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW

Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW, has been with Community Services Group since 2013. She started at CSG’s IDD Community Residential Program in York/Adams County. She began working as an outpatient therapist at the Mill Hall Office of CSG in 2016. She has 18 years of experience as an outpatient therapist; working at several community mental health centers; and most recently, as part of a medical family practice. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology Minor from Shippensburg University in 1994 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 1998. She enjoys working with all ages; providing individual, family, marital/couples, and play therapy.

Tammy Pennington, MD

Tammy Pennington, MD, PLLC was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1994 from the University of Louisville.  After working in healthcare for a few years she decided to return to school.  She graduated from the University of Louisville Medical School in 2005. During that time she received the “S.Spafford Ackerly Award for Outstanding Performance in Psychiatry”.  Dr. Pennington completed her Psychiatric Residency training from the University of Louisville in June 2009. During her training at the University of Louisville Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences she received the following awards: “Post graduate year-2 Inpatient Psychiatry Award”,  “Harvey R. St. Clair, M.D. Award in Psychodynamics” and “The Dr. Henry P. and M. Page Durkee Laughlin Foundation Award of Distinguished Laughlin Fellow for 2009”.  During her residency at the University of Louisville she had the privilege of training under a number of accomplished, very distinguished and nationally recognized physicians in the field of Psychiatry.  Dr. Pennington chose the field of Psychiatry as a result of her dedication and commitment to helping those in need of mental health services. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW, is Director of Mental Health Treatment Services for Community Services Group (CSG).  Aimee is a graduate of Catholic University of America, where she received an MSW.  Aimee became a Licensed Social Worker in 2001 and earned her Clinical Social Work license in 2003.

Following graduation, Aimee returned to Pennsylvania and began her career with CSG in March of 2001.  After several years providing clinical care, Aimee was promoted to Assistant Program Director for Behavioral Health and Rehabilitative Services in 2004, Program Director of Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in 2007, and Director or Mental Health Treatment Services in 2015.  Aimee has been involved in pioneering several services within CSG’s Outpatient program such as Telepsychiatry, Integration of behavioral healthcare into physical healthcare, and implementation of the Decision Support Center.
