Michelle Smith, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2021. She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Shippensburg University. She has advanced clinical training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care. Michelle also has training in Restorative Practices in Restorative Justice Conferencing and Restorative Practices for Educators. Previous experience includes work with parents, children and school-based therapy services. She also was involved in piloting a trauma awareness program in partnership with a local police department. Michelle provides school-based therapy at Susquehanna Township School District.
Rebekah Myers, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since March of 2020. Rebekah received her Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. Her previous professional experiences include conducting research in preschool classrooms, building a collegiate recovery program, providing therapy to active-duty soldiers and veterans, and interviewing parents about their school-aged children’s mental health. At CSG, Rebekah works as both a school-based therapist at Susquehanna Township and an Outpatient Therapist. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive techniques to guide her work with clients of all ages. Rebekah also provides Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children (ages 2-7).
Alyssa Potkovac, MSW, JFIS provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Service locations. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University. Alyssa is certified as a Juvenile Firesetting Intervention Specialist I and II. Alyssa has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Alyssa provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and also provides DBT for adults at the MAPS/Lancaster location. Alyssa began working at CSG in 2015, she provided community based services with Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Service (JFACTS). Previous experience includes working in a forensic setting providing group and individual therapy as well as community integration. Alyssa also has past experience providing therapy services within an Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.
Mike Brinkos, LSW, obtained his master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. Joining the outpatient team at Community Services Group (CSG) in 2019, Mike is an outpatient therapist on our dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) team and works with both adolescents and adults. Mike’s previous experience in mental health includes services provided to dually diagnosed individuals (MH and IDD) in both inpatient and community settings. He also has experience as an adjunct faculty member at Millersville University. In addition to providing DBT at CSG, Mike has interests in working with individuals who are considering weight loss surgery or who are struggling with eating disorders, and with the LGBT population.
Soleana Silva, MS, LPC, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, from Phoenix University and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Lancaster Bible College in 2018. Soleana has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy. Soleana is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. In addition, Soleana holds a post-master’s degree certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Soleana has also received specialized training in TEAM CBT, Progressive Counting Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for adults and adolescents and DBT Prolonged Exposure Treatment. She provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults and DBT for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations. Soleana also offers DBT for adolescents and adults. Her previous professional experience includes: providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families utilizing varied theoretical approaches including multi-systemic therapy. Soleana also teaches college courses at Harrisburg Area Community College.
Kelly Windle, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2002. She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Temple University. She is the Program Coordinator for Outpatient Services in Dauphin County. Kelly has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has participated in specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Kelly provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults in our Dauphin and Lancaster offices. Kelly’s previous professional experience at CSG includes direct care, staff supervision and program management, community-based services and residential programs for adults with serious mental illness.
Rita M. Boer, MSW, LCSW is the Practice Manager for both the Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Programs of Community Services Group, where she oversees daily operations and recruits, hires, trains and supervises staff. Rita has been employed by CSG since 2012. Having obtained her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University, Rita’s work with CSG has been as a mental health professional, Quality Improvement Specialist and Program Coordinator. Rita became a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Therapist in 2014 and a certified Level 1 trainer for PCIT in 2018. Rita’s previous professional experience includes completing mental health assessments for all ages and working with adults in inpatient and partial hospital programs.
Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents at Community Services Group since August, 2009. Dr. Hussain obtained his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College. He then completed his General Psychiatry Training at the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, Texas. In addition, Dr. Hussain completed his Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve/ University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Hussain is Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist. Dr. Hussain currently provides psychiatric services for child & adolescent clients at the Dauphin Outpatient Services location in Harrisburg and provides Tele-psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster. He also provides psychiatric services at CSG’s child and adolescent community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program in Harrisburg.
Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist. He has been providing individual and family therapy and psychological evaluations at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has also completed specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. He is currently providing outpatient therapy, at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and is facilitating BHRS evaluations at the Dauphin Outpatient location.
Jim Martin, MS, is Community Services Group’s (CSG) director of treatment services in Lancaster/Dauphin Counties. His background includes working 10 years as an outpatient treatment provider and 9 years providing administrative oversight to mental health programs. Jim helped transition a three-county community mental health program from a public to a private model while living in North Carolina. Since returning to Pennsylvania in 2008, Jim has spent the majority of his time working on implementing new and innovative services in CSG’s outpatient programs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Telepsychiatry, Integrated Health Services, and School-based Therapy.
