Tara Wiker, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults at our MAPS/Lancaster location; Tara is bilingual and provides therapy services in both English and Spanish. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has specialized training in trauma, including a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Tara is a member of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team and provides DBT services to adults and adolescents at the MAPS/Lancaster location.
Community Services Group and the Factory Ministries are pleased to announce the opening of a CSG mental health outpatient therapy office at the Together Community Center, 3293 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, PA 17562. John Spychalski, Licensed Psychologist, will be at The Together Center on Tuesdays beginning December 6th, with appointment times from 9am to 3pm for individuals ages 18 and over. Kristina Dundore, LSW, will be at The Together Center on Thursdays beginning December 1st, with appointment times from 8am to 2pm for children and adolescents. Lori Wilcocks, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario in 1993 and also completed a certificate in addiction studies in 1995. She Attended Georgian College in Orillia, Ontario and received a diploma in addiction studies in 1998 and moved to the Williamsport area. In 2005 she graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University and joined the Community Services Group as an outpatient mental health professional in 2015. Lori has worked as a licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor working in inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and hospital facilities. She has also worked within the mental health field as a Therapeutic Staff support or Behavioral Specialist. Her expertise and compassion offer her clients the support and knowledge to make the necessary changes to increase the quality of their lives.
Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW, has been with Community Services Group since 2013. She started at CSG’s IDD Community Residential Program in York/Adams County. She began working as an outpatient therapist at the Mill Hall Office of CSG in 2016. She has 18 years of experience as an outpatient therapist; working at several community mental health centers; and most recently, as part of a medical family practice. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology Minor from Shippensburg University in 1994 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 1998. She enjoys working with all ages; providing individual, family, marital/couples, and play therapy.
Soleana Silva, MS, LPC, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, from Phoenix University and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Lancaster Bible College in 2018. Soleana has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy. Soleana is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. In addition, Soleana holds a post-master’s degree certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Soleana has also received specialized training in TEAM CBT, Progressive Counting Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy for adults and adolescents and DBT Prolonged Exposure Treatment. She provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults and DBT for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations. Soleana also offers DBT for adolescents and adults. Her previous professional experience includes: providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families utilizing varied theoretical approaches including multi-systemic therapy. Soleana also teaches college courses at Harrisburg Area Community College.
