Brandon R. Pankiewicz, MSN, CRNP is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who received his degree from Northeastern University. Prior to working at CSG, he worked as a registered nurse at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, and at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of UPMC. Starting at CSG in 2020, Brandon specializes in psychiatric evaluations and continuing medication management, focusing on treatment of adults using an evidence-based psychopharmacological approach. With his nursing background, he utilizes a patient-centered and collaborative approach to managing care, and feels the best outcomes are achieved by fostering therapeutic relationships and seeking ongoing input from the client’s perspective.
Amy Kelch, MSW, is a Mental Health Professional who began providing school-based outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents within the Warrior Run and Montgomery School Districts in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Bloomsburg University and her Master of Social Work degree from Millersville University. Amy’s previous professional experience includes providing case management services to children with intellectual disabilities; and mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation in the home, school and community settings.
Monica Trick, LSW is a Licensed Social worker providing outpatient therapy for Community Services Group since 2019. She received her BSW from Union Institute and University and her MSW from Edinboro University. Monica has specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. She has past experience working in Partial Hospitalization Programs as well as inpatient behavioral health treatment. She also provides short term counseling (EAP services).
Rebekah Myers, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since March of 2020. Rebekah received her Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. Her previous professional experiences include conducting research in preschool classrooms, building a collegiate recovery program, providing therapy to active-duty soldiers and veterans, and interviewing parents about their school-aged children’s mental health. At CSG, Rebekah works as both a school-based therapist at Susquehanna Township and an Outpatient Therapist. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive techniques to guide her work with clients of all ages. Rebekah also provides Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children (ages 2-7).
Danay Hershey, MSW, LSW, is a licensed social worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2018 providing school-based outpatient therapy for children and their families. Danay holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Millersville University. Her previous professional work experience includes social worker for community-based agency, case manager for family resource and counseling agency, and school social worker.
Ashley Fisher, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Service Group since April 2018. She provides outpatient therapy to children, teens, and adults. Ashley also serves as an outpatient clinician on the Same Day Access team. She received her Bachelor’s degree (BSW) at Juniata College in 2011 and her Master’s degree (MSW) at Shippensburg University in 2015. Her previous clinical experience includes working as a school-based therapist and an inpatient mental health professional. She also has experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings as a substance abuse therapist. Ashley has special interests in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania or excoriation. She also specializes in working with the LGBTQ+ population. A strengths-based, person-centered approach, as well as other therapeutic modalities, guides her practice.
Meghan Sensenig, MSW, LCSW is a licensed social worker who obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Temple University. Meghan began employment at Community Services Group in November of 2017. Meghan provides school based outpatient services to children and adolescents. She also offers a DBT-Informed Group. Meghan has previous experience providing therapy and support in a Residential Treatment Facility for adolescent girls, as a medical social worker in a Health Care Organization and foster care and adoption services.
Alyssa Potkovac, MSW, JFIS provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Service locations. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University. Alyssa is certified as a Juvenile Firesetting Intervention Specialist I and II. Alyssa has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Alyssa provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and also provides DBT for adults at the MAPS/Lancaster location. Alyssa began working at CSG in 2015, she provided community based services with Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Service (JFACTS). Previous experience includes working in a forensic setting providing group and individual therapy as well as community integration. Alyssa also has past experience providing therapy services within an Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.
Vanessa Simmons, MS, LPC, RPT, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist and has been providing outpatient therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2017. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. Vanessa has received specialized training in play therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Vanessa’s previous professional experience at CSG includes providing assessments and group therapy at the Partial Hospitalization Program and providing direct care for adults as a Direct Support Professional and a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional for residential programs. Prior to joining CSG, Vanessa provided individual and group therapy at an inpatient mental health unit and community-based behavioral health rehabilitation services. Vanessa currently provides PCIT at MAPS Behavioral Health on Fridays in Lancaster.
Bruce Cohen is Vice President, Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at CSG. He assumed this role in August 2017. Bruce began employment with CSG in 2002 and was CSG’s Vice President, Quality Management and Learning and Compliance Officer until July 2016. Bruce provides leadership for strategic planning, development of CSG’s playbook, attainment of strategic goals and objectives, quality management, compliance and communication.
In addition to working at CSG, Bruce’s professional experience includes employment as Senior Product Manager at Geneia LLC; Senior Analyst at PMSCO Healthcare Consulting; and Director of Outcomes/Research at Continental Medical Systems. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Health Administration from Penn State University. Bruce is a board member at Jewish Family Services of Greater Harrisburg.
