Shashi DeHaan, LSW, IMH-E ®, CFTP has been providing outpatient therapy services at Community Services Group since 2020. Shashi received a Bachelors in Science in Developmental Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Masters of Advanced Study in Infant Family Practice from Arizona State University, and a Masters of Social Work from Marywood University. She is working toward clinical licensure. Shashi has worked in outpatient behavioral health as an Infant Toddler Mental Health practitioner for 8 years. Prior to this mental health career, Shashi has over 30 years of services with young children, youth, and families, in prevention services. Shashi is endorsed in Infant-Early Childhood Mental Health, as well as a Certified Family Trauma Professional.
Ashley Shoup, MSW is a Mental Health Professional who began working as an Outpatient Therapist with Community Services Group in 2021. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Pennsylvania State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work at Boston University. Ashley has also received training in cognitive based and family systems therapy for trauma with both children and adults. Ashley’s previous professional experience includes working in prison mental health units, inpatient mental health units, and psychiatric rehabilitation where she provided psychoeducation and assisted individuals in developing practical skills for success. Ashley has also provided substance use counseling to both adults and adolescents.
Dana Lockridge, M.Ed. is a Mental Health Professional who began her career with CSG in August 2020. Dana earned her BA in Psychology from Lock Haven University, and then her M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Penn State University in the mid 1990’s. Dana is currently in the process of obtaining her License for Professional Counseling. Dana’s background includes working in community mental health settings and working in state run institutions for adolescents and adults in the capacity of a Psychological Services Specialist. During that time, Dana had been a trainer for the state in the Sanctuary Model (Trauma Informed Care) and Suicide Prevention, including training teenagers to manage situations involving suicidal ideations or behaviors they may encounter with peers. The past 15 years have been spent primarily providing individual and group therapy to individuals who have suffered complex trauma and loss, in addition to training program staff to provide Trauma Informed Care and treatment. Dana is a Certified Individual Trauma Clinician and a Certified Child/Adolescent Trauma Clinician. Treating individuals who have experienced trauma is a specialty area, but Dana’s interests are diverse in the counseling field and she works with individuals with a wide variety of mental health disorders.
Jessica Chelius, MSW, began working with Community Services Group in 2008. Jessica is a graduate of Temple University where she obtained a Masters in Social Work. She has spent the last 15 years providing mental health treatment to children, adolescents and families. Jessica began her career working at a children’s home providing individual, family and group therapy to work towards family reunification. Following that Jessica has spent the majority of her career linking children and families to resources to promote their well being. She has spent time focusing on individuals and families to be the best version of themselves. Jessica enjoys a strengths and systems approach to treatment. Jessica truly believes recovery is a collaborative approach. She also has experience mentoring other social workers and working with the IDD population..
Michelle Smith, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2021. She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Shippensburg University. She has advanced clinical training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care. Michelle also has training in Restorative Practices in Restorative Justice Conferencing and Restorative Practices for Educators. Previous experience includes work with parents, children and school-based therapy services. She also was involved in piloting a trauma awareness program in partnership with a local police department. Michelle provides school-based therapy at Susquehanna Township School District.
Heather Kniss, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2021. She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Millersville University. Previous to working at CSG, Heather provided family based services and interned with Mental Health America as well as school social work. Heather utilizes a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in her work with individuals. Heather has an interest in working with children and adolescents. Heather provides school based therapy at Hempfield School District.
Amy Ward, MPH, MSN, CRNP is a board certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She obtained her master of science in nursing degree from Wilkes University, and also has a Master of Public Health degree from West Chester University. Working in mental health since 2007, she has served in a variety of clinical and supervisory roles. Using person-centered and recovery oriented approaches to treatment, Amy provides diagnostic evaluations and medication management to children, adolescents, and adults at Community Services Group.
Jessica Landman, MSW, LSW, Jessica joined CSG in August 2020, providing school based outpatient therapy services for children and adolescents in the Pequea Valley School District. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Widener University. Jessica has over 9 years of professional experience working with children in the child welfare system, and has received specialized training in trauma-informed care.
Jade Dennis, MS, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology degree from Millersville University. Jade has been with Community Services Group since 2020. She provides school based outpatient therapy. Jade previously worked with children and families as a family based clinician. She is a certified family based clinician. Jade has experience using an ecosystemic family therapy approach which focuses on increasing productive and healthy interactions within the family. Jade is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and enjoys collaborating with treatment team members and natural supports of her clients. Jade’s preferred population are children and adolescents.
Kaylyn Jones, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2020. She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. Kaylyn has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She also has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) for those who have completed Stage 1 of a DBT program. Kaylyn provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults. Kaylyn’s previous experience includes working with individuals who are incarcerated, Veterans, providing drug and alcohol treatment as well as mental health services in an intensive outpatient program.
