Holly Hampton, MS, LPC, JFIS I & II, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who provides Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) at Dauphin Outpatient Services. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Morehead State University in Kentucky. Holly has participated in specialized training to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and is a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy Therapist. Holly is a Trauma Informed Care trainer and serves as a Clinical Supervisor for CSG’s Children’s Services. Additionally, she is the Program Director for the Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Services (JFACTS) program provided in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Perry Counties. She is certified as a Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Specialist at levels 1 and 2. Her previous professional experience includes conducting psychological evaluations and supporting families after adoption. Holly has provided therapy to children (including children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder), adults and families in the school, office, and community settings.
Lila F. Hughes, MSW, CTS, provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University School of Social Work in New York City. Lila is a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), through the National Institute for Trauma and Loss with Children (TLC) and the University of Michigan. Lila began working for CSG in 2008, providing behavioral health therapy for children and teens in the Chariots foster care program. Lila has over twenty-five years of professional counseling experience.
Dr. Douglas Reed, MD, has been working at Community Services Group as an Adult Psychiatrist since 2004. He graduated from Amherst College and went on to earn his MD from Temple University in 1990. He completed his psychiatric residency training at Tripler Army Hospital in Hawaii in 1994. He served 4 years as an Army Psychiatrist at Fort Riley, Kansas. Prior to working at Community Services Group, he worked in the psychiatry department at Geisinger Medical Center from 1998 to 2004.
Frank Green, MA, is the Program Coordinator for outpatient services at Community Services Group’s Mill Hall location. He also provides counseling services and is the Outpatient Quality Improvement Specialist for CSG’s Lycoming, Clinton and Northumberland locations. Frank began working as an Outpatient Therapist with CSG in 2011. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, from Lock Haven University, in 2006. He then obtained his Master of Arts degree in Counseling, from Biblical Theological Seminary, in 2009. Frank provides outpatient therapy to children and families, as well as adults. He has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, for treating individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. He also provides faith based counseling, and utilizes this upon request or based on the individual’s preference. Frank is also a member of the Employee Assistance Program through CSG, and provides supportive services to CSG employees.
John Youngman, LSCW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy for Community Services Group since 2000. He received his BA from Hamilton College and his MSW from Marywood University. John has specialized training in Sex Offender treatment, Family-based counseling and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. He has extensive past experience working in secondary education and the child welfare system.
Ivy Eldred, MSW, LCSW is the Practice Manager for both the Mill Hall and Williamsport Outpatient programs and the Williamsport Adult Partial Hospitalization Program. Ivy began her employment with CSG in 2007 and worked in a variety of roles prior to obtaining her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University in 2013. Since that time, Ivy has continued her work with CSG as the Group Therapist for the adult partial hospitalization program and as a Mental Health Professional providing individual therapy. In 2015, Ivy became the Assistant Program Director for the Lycoming/Clinton OP programs and was promoted to the Practice Manager in 2017. Ivy oversees daily program operations, recruits, trains, and supervises staff, while also continuing to provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents.
