Lancaster

Adam G. Biuckians, M.D.

Adam G. Biuckians, M.D. was appointed the Medical Director of Community Services Group in November 2013.  He has been providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and teenagers ages 3-17 at CSG’s Lancaster outpatient practice since January 2011.  He also provides psychiatric services for young adults on a case by case basis.  Dr. Biuckians collaborates with psychologists and therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for children and adolescents participating in CSG services.  In collaboration with True North Wellness, he established a child and adolescent telepsychiatry clinic in rural Fulton county, a severely underserved area of Pennsylvania, and has been providing psychiatric care there since 2013.  He has collaborated with various school districts and intermediate units throughout his career, providing psychiatric consultation and expertise to help improve students’ educational experiences.  Dr. Biuckians obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 2003.  He completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.  Dr. Biuckians is ABPN Board Certified in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and has been honored with various awards during his career, including the PA Medical Society’s “Top 40 Physicians under 40” in 2016.  Dr. Biuckians is an active member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.  He is a founding member of the National Council for Behavioral Health’s Medical Director Institute, where his input is vital to advising National Council members on best clinical practices and developing policies and initiatives that serve the broad membership of the Council.  He also serves on the board of the Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation, whose mission is to elevate the mental well-being of youth and children in Lancaster County.

Alia Husmann, MSW, LSW

Alia Husmann, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who provides school-based outpatient therapy services at Paradise Elementary School, within the Pequea Valley School District. She received her Master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. She has been with Community Services Group since 2017. Her previous professional experience includes working with children and families as Assistant Program Director for the Adoption and Permanency Program.

Alyssa Potkovac, MSW, JFIS

Alyssa Potkovac, MSW, JFIS provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Service locations. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University. Alyssa is certified as a Juvenile Firesetting Intervention Specialist I and II. Alyssa has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Alyssa provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and also provides DBT for adults at the MAPS/Lancaster location.   Alyssa began working at CSG in 2015, she provided community based services with Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Service (JFACTS). Previous experience includes working in a forensic setting providing group and individual therapy as well as community integration. Alyssa also has past experience providing therapy services within an Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.

Amanda Yarosh Katchur, Psy.D.,

Amanda Yarosh Katchur, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist who has been providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults at Community Services Group’s Lancaster office since 2013.  She also is the Program Coordinator for the School-Based Outpatient Therapy Program and a Clinical Coordinator. She holds a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University and has participated in specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Amanda has a special interest in working with the LGBTQI+ population as well as working with individuals who are or have been involved with the foster care system. Amanda’s previous experience includes working in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings.

Angela Keller, MSW, LSW

 

Angela Keller, MSW, LSW, received her Master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. She has worked in the mental health field since 2003 providing case management and outpatient therapy services. She enjoys working with all age groups and utilizes a person centered therapeutic approach. She has participated in post-graduate specialized training in trauma-informed care and trauma-focused therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). When working with children, Angela has experience in both child-centered and directive play therapy. She has been at CSG since 2018 and provides school based outpatient therapy services in the Pequea Valley School District. Most recently, Angela is excited to begin her expanded role at CSG as an outpatient clinician at CrossNet Ministries in New Holland.

 

Ashley Fisher, MSW, LSW

Ashley Fisher, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Service Group since April 2018. She provides outpatient therapy to children, teens, and adults. Ashley also serves as an outpatient clinician on the Same Day Access team. She received her Bachelor’s degree (BSW) at Juniata College in 2011 and her Master’s degree (MSW) at Shippensburg University in 2015. Her previous clinical experience includes working as a school-based therapist and an inpatient mental health professional. She also has experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings as a substance abuse therapist. Ashley has special interests in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as trichotillomania or excoriation. She also specializes in working with the LGBTQ+ population. A strengths-based, person-centered approach, as well as other therapeutic modalities, guides her practice.

Becky Frey, MSW, LCSW, RPT

Becky Frey, MSW, LCSW, RPT, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist who has been with Community Services Group since 2013. She is certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and coordinates PCIT referrals for Lancaster and Dauphin Counties.  She completed a Master of Social Work degree with a Certificate in Play Therapy from Temple University.  She provides school-based outpatient therapy for children & adolescents at the Pequea Valley School District, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children (ages 2-7) and outpatient therapy at the Lancaster outpatient office for children, teens, & young adults. Her previous experience includes coordinating CSG’s Specialized Transitional Supports for Adolescents program (STSA) for young adults and providing behavioral interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other mental health symptoms.

Danay Hershey, MSW, LSW

Danay Hershey, MSW, LSW, is a licensed social worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2018 providing school-based outpatient therapy for children and their families. Danay holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Millersville University. Her previous professional work experience includes social worker for community-based agency, case manager for family resource and counseling agency, and school social worker.

Deborah K. Hartman, MSN, CRNP

Deborah K. Hartman, MSN, CRNP, is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, who has been providing psychiatric services for adults at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2003.  Deb has a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and a post-master’s certificate as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner from Drexel University. She practiced as a psychotherapist in Lancaster and as a nurse educator at Millersville University for several years before joining the MAPS practice.

Debra Barrett, MS

Debra Barrett, MS, has been providing school-based outpatient therapy for children and their families at King Elementary School, School District of Lancaster, since 2011.  Deb holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. She began her employment with CSG’s Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) program in 2008 and was promoted to the role of Assistant Program Director the following year.   Deb has over 23 years of professional counseling experience in varied settings including providing mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation and supervision for BHRS; directing Summer Therapeutic Activities Programs; providing individual and group therapy for hospice care; and serving in public education as a school guidance counselor.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda Vasquez, M.D.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda-Vasquez, MD, of the CSG Outpatient Telepsychiatry Services, treats school-aged children and adults. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez has provided psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring through the latest technology of secure video conferencing since October 2013. Prior to joining CSG, he was a child psychiatrist with Elmira Psychiatric Center in Elmira, New York.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez served as a staff psychiatrist in the United States Army during Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. He received numerous awards, badges, ribbons and citations for his service and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez completed his medical education at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a psychiatry residency through the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and a child psychiatry fellowship with the University of Miami Affiliated Hospitals and Institutions.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez is an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Psychiatry of the West (Williamsport) Clinical Faculty of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, a Board Certified physician through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a recipient of the PAMED Everyday Hero Award of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Ellie Herman, MSW, LSW

Ellie Herman, MSW, LSW is a licensed social worker in the outpatient program. An employee since 2016, Ellie received her master’s degree in social work from Marywood University. Her previous experience includes mobile psych rehab. In her current role, Ellie serves as one of the clinicians on our same day access team, and also provides outpatient therapy to teens and adults. She provides care that is HAES-informed and LGBTQ-aligned.

Emily Tangert, MS, LPC

Emily Tangert, MS, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has been providing assessments, individual and group therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2015.  She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology degree from Millersville University and has completed foundational training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based practice.  Emily provides DBT for adolescents and adults in the MAPS outpatient program. She also includes an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Emily is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She is a clinician and certified yoga teacher for CSG’s Trauma Process Yoga Group for women. Her previous professional experience includes working in both inpatient and partial hospital mental health treatment facilities as an individual and group therapist.

George Herr-Riser, MS, LMFT

George Herr-Riser, MS, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been providing individual, couples, and family therapy for children ages 6 and up, as well as for adults, at MAPS since 2005. He obtained his Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. George also holds a Marriage and Family Therapy certification and provides Structural Family therapy as a treatment modality. In addition, he has completed specialized training from Behavioral Tech, LLC, to provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Isla M. Wurst, MSS, LCSW, M.Ed.

Isla M. Wurst, MSS, LCSW, M.Ed. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing individual and family therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002 for children ages 3-13, teens by request and adults.  She holds a Master of Social Services degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Education degree in Counseling from Millersville State University.  Isla has over 32 years of professional experience in case management, in-home services and outpatient behavioral health services.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist.  He has been providing individual and family therapy and psychological evaluations at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002.  Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has also completed specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.  He is currently providing outpatient therapy, at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and is facilitating BHRS evaluations at the Dauphin Outpatient location.

Jennifer Miller, MSN, CRNP

Jennifer Miller, MSN, CRNP, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring for adults at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2010.  She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Drexel University in order to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  She has ten years professional experience as a psychiatric nurse working on an inpatient psychiatric unit and also five years experience as a nurse manager for an inpatient psychiatric unit.

Jim Martin, MS

Jim Martin, MS, is Community Services Group’s (CSG) director of treatment services in Lancaster/Dauphin Counties.  His background includes working 10 years as an outpatient treatment provider and 9 years providing administrative oversight to mental health programs.   Jim helped transition a three-county community mental health program from a public to a private model while living in North Carolina.  Since returning to Pennsylvania in 2008, Jim has spent the majority of his time working on implementing new and innovative services in CSG’s outpatient programs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Telepsychiatry, Integrated Health Services, and School-based Therapy.

Joanne Leatherman, MSW, LCSW

Joanne Leatherman, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Indiana University, Indianapolis IN. Joanne has over 30 years of clinical experience and has worked with all age groups in outpatient behavioral health, hospital and rehabilitative settings. She currently sees individuals, families and senior adults. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, transitions through the life span as well as bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss and personal growth. Joanne values creating a warm and trusting relationship where people become more aware and successful in achieving their goals. She uses an eclectic strength based approach drawing solution focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Theory, Psychodynamic and Trauma Focused. Joanne encourages creativity, the mind/body connection and is sensitive to spirituality and is LGBTQ friendly. She is a clinical supervisor for social workers pursuing their clinical license, is a member of the women’s trauma group and has co-led the skills and education group for DBT skills.

Joel Roberts, MA, LMFT

Joel Roberts, MA, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been providing individual and family therapy for people ages 14 and older at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2007. He obtained his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary. Joel’s previous professional experience includes providing intensive case management for adults with mental health symptoms at Community Services Group.

John Perez, MA, LMFT

John Perez, MA, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist who received his MA from the Evangelical Theological Seminary. He has had training in Eye Movement Integration and trauma, and has provided therapy in the outpatient and school settings since 2011. Since joining CSG in 2019, he has provided individual and family therapy. He is bilingual in Spanish and English, and works with adults and children.

John Spychalski, M.Ed.

John Spychalski, M.Ed. is a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Coordinator at MAPS Behavioral Health.  He has been providing individual and couples counseling and psychological evaluations for adults and culturally diverse populations at MAPS since 2008.  John provides clinical oversight including professional development, case consultation and training for therapists, as well as consulting services to business and service organizations.  He participates in Employee Assistance Programs through various insurances by providing assessment, referral, treatment, critical incident debriefing and training to staff and management personnel.  He completed his Master of Education in Counseling Psychology degree at Antioch University and has been practicing and teaching for over 40 years.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents at Community Services Group since August, 2009.  Dr. Hussain obtained his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College.  He then completed his General Psychiatry Training at the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, Texas.  In addition, Dr. Hussain completed his Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve/ University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Hussain is Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist.   Dr. Hussain currently provides psychiatric services for child & adolescent clients at the Dauphin Outpatient Services location in Harrisburg and provides Tele-psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster.  He also provides psychiatric services at CSG’s child and adolescent community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program in Harrisburg.

Kelly Windle, MSW, LCSW

Kelly Windle, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2002.  She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Temple University. She is the Program Coordinator for Outpatient Services in Dauphin County.  Kelly has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has participated in specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Kelly provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults in our Dauphin and Lancaster offices. Kelly’s previous professional experience at CSG includes direct care, staff supervision and program management, community-based services and residential programs for adults with serious mental illness.

Ken Brooks, RN-BC

Ken Brooks, RN-BC, is a psychiatric nurse who has been assisting psychiatrists and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners with medication monitoring at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2001.  Ken facilitates the Clozaril Clinic at MAPS and does injections.  He has twenty years experience with facilitating stress management groups.  He completed his education at St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.  He is also Board Certified in Mental Health, Psychiatric Nursing.  His professional experience includes working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health programs for more than 34 years.

Kenneth E. Ruffner, MS

Kenneth E. Ruffner, MS is a Licensed Psychologist, providing individual, marriage, and family therapy and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.  He has been with Community Services Group and MAPS Behavioral Health since 2013.  Having completed his Master of Science in Psychology at Millersville University, Ken has been providing mental health treatment and psychological services for more than 40 years.  He is also certified to provide Critical Incident Stress Management.

Koren “Kory” Anderson, MA, LPC

Koren “Kory” Anderson, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She completed degrees in both Psychology and Counseling from Kutztown University and has participated in specialized training to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Kory has experience working with various age groups including children, adolescents and adults.  Kory provides outpatient therapy and EAP services at MAPS Behavioral Health.  She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques with an emphasis on health and wellness and treating the whole person. Kory is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Lauren Conzaman, MSW, LSW

Lauren Conzaman, MSW LSW, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from Kutztown University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Marywood University.  She is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2000.  Lauren has over 20 years of experience in social services; including public and private child welfare agencies, hospital settings, school systems, services for older adults, community based programming for adults with disabilities and adoption and foster care.  Lauren spent most of her career working with children, youth and families.  She has held professional roles in direct practice and leadership.  Lauren’s diverse knowledge and experience will allow her to bring a great deal to the schools in which she works.

Leanna Hassler, MA

Leanna Hassler, MA received her MA in clinical counseling from Alvernia University. Since then, she has worked with children and families using ecosystemic structural family therapy in her work as a mental health professional. Leanna has also worked as the Neighborhood Outreach Coordinator at an inner city church. Joining CSG in 2018, Leanna provides outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families at MAPS Behavioral Health Services, The Factory Ministries, and Crossnet Ministries.

Lila F. Hughes, MSW

Lila F. Hughes, MSW, CTS, provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Dauphin Outpatient Services.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University School of Social Work in New York.  Lila is a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), through the National Institute for Trauma and Loss with Children (TLC) and the University of Michigan.  She has participated in specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).  Lila began working for CSG in 2008, providing behavioral health therapy for children and teens in the Chariots foster care program.  Lila has over twenty-one years of professional counseling experience.

Lillian Pacheco, M.Ed.

Lillian Pacheco, M.Ed. has been providing individual, family and group therapy at MAPS behavioral health in Spanish and English for children, teens and adults since 2009. Lillian holds a Master of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling, from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico. She has more than 25 years of professional counseling experience, including working in community-based and outpatient therapy programs. Lillian provides services at the MAPS primary location on New Holland Avenue and also at Southeast Lancaster Health Services.

Lorena A. Vargas, M.S.

Lorena A. Vargas, M.S., joined Community Services Group as an outpatient therapist in 2015, providing services to children, teens, families and adults.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English and holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a Major in Mental Health Therapy from Doxa International University, Coral Springs, Florida.  Lorena has participated in specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based therapy and is currently providing PCIT at both the MAPS Behavioral Health and Carol B. Winters Head Start locations.  Her previous professional experience includes providing therapy for children and families in both institutional and outpatient settings and also working in private practice.

Marian Lucas, M Ed, LPC

Marian Lucas, M Ed, LPC has her Master’s in Secondary School Counseling and has had her LPC license since September 2011.  She received her masters degree from Kutztown University and completed her license coursework at Alvernia University.  She has been a clinician since 2003, with over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents in various levels of care including inpatient, intensive out-patient, Partial hospitalization and transition programs.  She joined CSG in July 2018 and currently works in the school based outpatient program in Manheim Central School District.

Matthew A. Biever, D.O.

Matthew A Biever, D.O. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist, specializing in adolescent and adult psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health.  Dr. Biever completed his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine.  His training and early career experience helped to create solid foundations in providing individuals with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.  Dr. Biever has provided psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to adults and adolescents in various settings throughout his career, including private practice, residential and outpatient programs.  Dr. Biever pursues a pluralistic model of treatment and incorporates existential psychotherapy/philosophy into the treatment process.

Meghan Sensenig, LSW

Meghan Sensenig, LSW, is a licensed social worker who obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Temple University. Meghan began employment at Community Services Group in November of 2017. Meghan provides school based outpatient services to children and adolescents. She also offers a DBT-Informed Group. Meghan has previous experience providing therapy and support in a Residential Treatment Facility for adolescent girls, as a medical social worker in a Health Care Organization and foster care and adoption services.

Mike Brinkos, LSW

Mike Brinkos, LSW, obtained his master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. Joining the outpatient team at Community Services Group (CSG) in 2019, Mike is an outpatient therapist on our dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) team and works with both adolescents and adults. Mike’s previous experience in mental health includes services provided to dually diagnosed individuals (MH and IDD) in both inpatient and community settings. He also has experience as an adjunct faculty member at Millersville University. In addition to providing DBT at CSG, Mike has interests in working with individuals who are considering weight loss surgery or who are struggling with eating disorders, and with the LGBT population.

Nohely Rosario, LPN

Nohely Rosario, LPN, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Practical Nurse, who joined the psychiatry & nursing staff at MAPS Behavioral Health in 2016.  She completed her Practical Nursing training at the Willow Street campus of the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.  Nohely’s responsibilities include: facilitating telepsychiatry appointments, injections, Clozaril clinic, and assisting patients with medication needs.  Her previous professional experience includes providing nursing care for children, adolescents, senior adults, and also working in an occupational health clinic.

Pamela Floyd, MSW, LSW

Pamela Floyd, MSW, LSW joined CSG in 2018 as a school based mental health professional in the Susquehanna Township School District. She received her master’s degree from Alabama A&M University and has post-graduate specialized training in anxiety treatment techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma and personality disorders, ADHD, crisis response, grief/loss, and CBT. She has experience as an outpatient therapist, providing individual and family therapy. In addition, she has had multiple roles working with children and families in the home and community.

 

 

Patti Stripling, RN

Patti Stripling, RN, has been the Psychiatry/ Nursing Supervisor at MAPS Behavioral Health since April of 2012.  She assists the psychiatrists and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners with medication monitoring.  Patti completed her education at Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing in order to become a Registered Nurse.  She has more than 35 years of professional experience with psychiatric nursing in both inpatient mental health units and outpatient levels of care.  She also has 12 years of experience as a nurse supervisor.

Peg Weik, M.Ed.

Peg Weik, M.Ed., has been providing school-based outpatient therapy for students at Burrowes Elementary School, School District of Lancaster, since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Millersville University. Her previous professional experiences include working as a Physical Education teacher/instructor (K-adult), an elementary school counselor, a Montessori teacher and a Children’s Case Manager for Lancaster County MH/MR. Rebecca L. DiSarro, MSW, LCSW

Rebecca L. DiSarro, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is providing school-based outpatient therapy for children, adolescents and families.  She completed her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University.  Rebecca’s previous professional experience includes providing case management for a therapeutic foster care program; nephrology social work at a kidney dialysis center; and mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation in the home, school and community settings.

Rita Boer, MSW, LCSW

Rita M. Boer, MSW, LCSW is the Practice Manager for both the Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Programs of Community Services Group, where she oversees daily operations and recruits, hires, trains and supervises staff.  Rita has been employed by CSG since 2012.  Having obtained her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University, Rita’s work with CSG has been as a mental health professional, Quality Improvement Specialist and Program Coordinator. Rita became a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Therapist in 2014 and a certified Level 1 trainer for PCIT in 2018. Rita’s previous professional experience includes completing mental health assessments for all ages and working with adults in inpatient and partial hospital programs.

Sandra Chaby, RN

Sandra Chaby, RN, is a registered nurse who works with the clinical staff of Community Services Group outpatient psychiatry program, MAPS.  Having obtained her Diploma in Nursing from the Swedish Hospital School of Nursing & Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sandy has more than 15 years experience, providing behavioral health treatment in varied levels of care including psychiatric emergency room, case management and residential settings.  She has been employed at Community Services Group since 2006.

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Therapist who is also a Licensed Behavioral Specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  She obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, from Phoenix University and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Lancaster Bible College in 2018. Soleana has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  In addition, Soleana holds a post-master’s degree certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults and DBT for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations. Soleana also offers DBT for adults and facilitates the trauma processing group for women at the MAPS location.  Her previous professional experience includes:  providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families utilizing varied theoretical approaches including multi-systemic therapy.  Soleana also teaches college courses at Harrisburg Area Community College.

Tara Wiker, MSW, LCSW

Tara Wiker, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for children, adolescents and adults at our MAPS/Lancaster location; Tara is bilingual and provides therapy services in both English and Spanish.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has specialized training in trauma, including a certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).  Tara is a member of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team and provides DBT services to adults and adolescents at the MAPS/Lancaster location.

Vanessa Simmons, M.S.

Vanessa Simmons, M.S. has been providing assessments, individual and group therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health and CSG’s partial hospital programs in Lancaster, since 2017. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. Vanessa has participated in post-graduate specialized training re:  trauma-informed care; trauma-focused therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); and child-centered and directive play therapy. Vanessa sees children and adults and also includes an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her previous professional experience includes working in an inpatient mental health unit and providing community-based behavioral health rehabilitation services. Vanessa also previously provided direct care for adults and was a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional for CSG residential programs.

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW, is Director of Mental Health Treatment Services for Community Services Group (CSG).  Aimee is a graduate of Catholic University of America, where she received an MSW.  Aimee became a Licensed Social Worker in 2001 and earned her Clinical Social Work license in 2003.

Following graduation, Aimee returned to Pennsylvania and began her career with CSG in March of 2001.  After several years providing clinical care, Aimee was promoted to Assistant Program Director for Behavioral Health and Rehabilitative Services in 2004, Program Director of Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in 2007, and Director or Mental Health Treatment Services in 2015.  Aimee has been involved in pioneering several services within CSG’s Outpatient program such as Telepsychiatry, Integration of behavioral healthcare into physical healthcare, and implementation of the Decision Support Center.

Emily Sweely, MS

Emily Sweely, MS, is a Mental Health Professional who has been providing outpatient therapy for two years.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Altoona campus in 2008 and her Master of Science in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014.  She is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Emily has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Emily has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient and school based settings.

Ivy Eldred, LCSW

Ivy Eldred, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2013. Ivy also serves as the group therapist for the adult partial hospitalization program. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Lycoming College in 2005 and her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University in 2013.

Kristen Patryna, MS, NCC, LPC

Kristen Patryna, MS, NCC, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor that has been with Community Services Group since 2013.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lycoming College in 2004 and her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2012.   She has experience with a Therapeutic Community approach to treating substance abuse with incarcerated men, Applied Behavioral Analysis with children on the autism spectrum as well as group and individual therapy with adolescents.  Kristen joined CSG as a Family Based therapist providing family, parent and individual therapy both in the home and in the community.  She has been in the outpatient program since 2017 working with adults, adolescents and families as well as providing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder.

Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW

Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW, has been with Community Services Group since 2013. She started at CSG’s IDD Community Residential Program in York/Adams County. She began working as an outpatient therapist at the Mill Hall Office of CSG in 2016. She has 18 years of experience as an outpatient therapist; working at several community mental health centers; and most recently, as part of a medical family practice. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology Minor from Shippensburg University in 1994 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 1998. She enjoys working with all ages; providing individual, family, marital/couples, and play therapy.

Lauren Pauling, LPC

Lauren Pauling, LPC, Lauren Pauling is a Licensed Professional Counselor who began working as an outpatient therapist at Community Services Group in 2015. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University in 2011, her Masters in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University in 2013, and her LPC license in 2016. She has been working in the field since 2008 and has experience, especially with children and adolescents, in all levels of care including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization programs, school-based therapy, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), group therapy, and individual counseling. Lauren is trauma certified, helps run the Women’s Trauma Group at CSG, and works with those of all ages who have experienced trauma/painful experiences. She also provides short term counseling (EAP services).

Lori Wilcocks, LCSW

Lori Wilcocks, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario in 1993 and also completed a certificate in addiction studies in 1995.  She Attended Georgian College in Orillia, Ontario and received a diploma in addiction studies in 1998 and moved to the Williamsport area.  In 2005 she graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University and joined the Community Services Group as an outpatient mental health professional in 2015. Lori has worked as a licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor working in inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and hospital facilities.  She has also worked within the mental health field as a Therapeutic Staff support or Behavioral Specialist.  Her expertise and compassion offer her clients the support and knowledge to make the necessary changes to increase the quality of their lives.

Misty Palmatier, LMFT

Misty Palmatier, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2015.  Prior to working at CSG Misty worked in multiple mental health programs including behavioral health services for children, family based, school based, and outpatient therapy services.  She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lock Haven University and her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts. Along with traditional therapy with individuals Misty specializes in Family Based Therapy, Couples Therapy, and therapy with children and adolescents in the school setting.  Misty also serves on the executive board for the Pennsylvania Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Monica Trick, LSW

Monica Trick, LSW is a Licensed Social worker providing outpatient therapy for Community Services Group since 2019.  She received her BSW from Union Institute and University and her MSW from Edinboro University.  Monica has specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  She has past experience working in Partial Hospitalization Programs as well as inpatient behavioral health treatment.  She also provides short term counseling (EAP services).

Robin Mansolino, CRNP

Robin Mansolino, CRNP is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who joined CSG in June 2018 to provide outpatient psychiatric services to children, adolescents, and adults.  Prior to joining CSG, Robin had 6 years of experience working in Behavioral Health Care.  Robin practiced as a Registered Nurse in a Chemical Dependence Psychiatric Unit as well as in a Mental Health Clinic providing inpatient and outpatient care.  Robin completed her medical education at Florida International University.  She has a combined experience of 9 years as a Clinical Psychiatric Instructor at City College and Florida Career College, both in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

 

Tammy Pennington, MD

Tammy Pennington, MD, PLLC was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1994 from the University of Louisville.  After working in healthcare for a few years she decided to return to school.  She graduated from the University of Louisville Medical School in 2005. During that time she received the “S.Spafford Ackerly Award for Outstanding Performance in Psychiatry”.  Dr. Pennington completed her Psychiatric Residency training from the University of Louisville in June 2009. During her training at the University of Louisville Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences she received the following awards: “Post graduate year-2 Inpatient Psychiatry Award”,  “Harvey R. St. Clair, M.D. Award in Psychodynamics” and “The Dr. Henry P. and M. Page Durkee Laughlin Foundation Award of Distinguished Laughlin Fellow for 2009”.  During her residency at the University of Louisville she had the privilege of training under a number of accomplished, very distinguished and nationally recognized physicians in the field of Psychiatry.  Dr. Pennington chose the field of Psychiatry as a result of her dedication and commitment to helping those in need of mental health services. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Alyssa Knauber, MS is a Mental Health Professional who began working as an Outpatient therapist with Community Services Group in 2018.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Lock Haven University in 2014 and started working in the Partial Hospitalization Program at Community Services Group.  She then earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018, and is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and has experience working with groups.

 

 

 

Dr. Douglas Reed, MD

Dr. Douglas Reed, MD, has been working at Community Services Group as an Adult Psychiatrist since 2004. He graduated from Amherst College and went on to earn his MD from Temple University in 1990. He completed his psychiatric residency training at Tripler Army Hospital in Hawaii in 1994. He served 4 years as an Army Psychiatrist at Fort Riley, Kansas. Prior to working at Community Services Group, he worked in the psychiatry department at Geisinger Medical Center from 1998 to 2004.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda Vasquez, M.D.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda-Vasquez, MD, of the CSG Outpatient Telepsychiatry Services, treats school-aged children and adults. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez has provided psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring through the latest technology of secure video conferencing since October 2013. Prior to joining CSG, he was a child psychiatrist with Elmira Psychiatric Center in Elmira, New York.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez served as a staff psychiatrist in the United States Army during Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. He received numerous awards, badges, ribbons and citations for his service and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez completed his medical education at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a psychiatry residency through the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and a child psychiatry fellowship with the University of Miami Affiliated Hospitals and Institutions.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez is an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Psychiatry of the West (Williamsport) Clinical Faculty of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, a Board Certified physician through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a recipient of the PAMED Everyday Hero Award of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Frank Green, MA

Frank Green, MA, began working as an outpatient therapist with Community Services Group in 2011. He graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2006. He then went on to attend Biblical Theological Seminary where he obtained his Master of Arts degree in counseling in 2009. Frank has been working as an outpatient therapist since that time providing therapy for children, adults and families. He has specialized trainings in Dialectical Behavioral therapy for treating individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder.  Frank is also a Certified Parent Child Interaction Therapist, providing Parent Child Interaction Therapy to children ages 2 through 6 years old and their families.  Frank has been trained in providing Faith based counseling and provides this upon request or based on individual’s preference. He is also a member of the Employee Assistance Program through CSG, and provides supportive services to CSG employees.  Frank also serves as the Outpatient Quality Improvement Specialist for CSG’s Outpatient Programs in Lycoming, Clinton and Northumberland counties.

Jessica Lawson, MS

Jessica Lawson, MS, is a Mental Health Professional who began working as an Outpatient therapist at Community Services Group in 2018.  Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Lycoming College in 2009 and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2014.  Jessica has experience working with children, adolescents, and their families in home, school, and community settings through her work as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant, Therapeutic Staff Support, and Family-Based intern since 2010.

John Youngman, LSCW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy for Community Services Group since 2000. He received his BA from Hamilton College and his MSW from Marywood University. John has specialized training in Sex Offender treatment, Family-based counseling and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. He has extensive past experience working in secondary education and the child welfare system.

Lyndsey Stiger, LCSW

Lyndsey Stiger, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2007.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004 and her Master of Social Work degree from Widener University in 2007.  In addition to traditional outpatient therapy, Lyndsey has specialized training in childhood sexual abuse treatment, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for preschool age children and their families and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for adults and adolescents.  Lyndsey has certifications in Parent-Child Interactional Therapy and in treating trauma. She is also a member of the Employee Assistance Program through CSG, and provides supportive services to CSG employees.  Lyndsey has experience in leading her clinical teams, providing clinical supervision as well as providing trainings and team building experiences to professionals within her agency and in her community.

Harrisburg

Alyssa Potkovac, MSW, JFIS

Alyssa Potkovac, MSW, JFIS provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Service locations. She holds a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University. Alyssa is certified as a Juvenile Firesetting Intervention Specialist I and II. Alyssa has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Alyssa provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and also provides DBT for adults at the MAPS/Lancaster location.   Alyssa began working at CSG in 2015, she provided community based services with Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Service (JFACTS). Previous experience includes working in a forensic setting providing group and individual therapy as well as community integration. Alyssa also has past experience providing therapy services within an Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.

Holly Hampton, MS, LPC, JFIS I & II 

Holly Hampton, MS, LPC, JFIS I & II, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who provides Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) at Dauphin Outpatient Services.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Morehead State University in Kentucky.   Holly has participated in specialized training to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and is a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy Therapist. Holly is a Trauma Informed Care trainer and serves as a Clinical Supervisor for CSG’s Children’s Services.  Additionally, she is the Program Director for the Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Services (JFACTS) program provided in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Perry Counties. She is certified as a Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Specialist at levels 1 and 2. Her previous professional experience includes conducting psychological evaluations and supporting families after adoption. Holly has provided therapy to children (including children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder), adults and families in the school, office, and community settings.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist.  He has been providing individual and family therapy and psychological evaluations at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002.  Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has also completed specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.  He is currently providing outpatient therapy, at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and is facilitating BHRS evaluations at the Dauphin Outpatient location.

Jim Martin, MS

Jim Martin, MS, is Community Services Group’s (CSG) director of treatment services in Lancaster/Dauphin Counties.  His background includes working 10 years as an outpatient treatment provider and 9 years providing administrative oversight to mental health programs.   Jim helped transition a three-county community mental health program from a public to a private model while living in North Carolina.  Since returning to Pennsylvania in 2008, Jim has spent the majority of his time working on implementing new and innovative services in CSG’s outpatient programs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Telepsychiatry, Integrated Health Services, and School-based Therapy.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents at Community Services Group since August, 2009.  Dr. Hussain obtained his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College.  He then completed his General Psychiatry Training at the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, Texas.  In addition, Dr. Hussain completed his Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve/ University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Hussain is Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist.   Dr. Hussain currently provides psychiatric services for child & adolescent clients at the Dauphin Outpatient Services location in Harrisburg and provides Tele-psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster.  He also provides psychiatric services at CSG’s child and adolescent community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program in Harrisburg.

Kelly Windle, MSW, LCSW

Kelly Windle, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2002.  She holds a Master’s of Social Work degree from Temple University. She is the Program Coordinator for Outpatient Services in Dauphin County.  Kelly has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has participated in specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Kelly provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults in our Dauphin and Lancaster offices. Kelly’s previous professional experience at CSG includes direct care, staff supervision and program management, community-based services and residential programs for adults with serious mental illness.

Lila F. Hughes, MSW

Lila F. Hughes, MSW, CTS, provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Dauphin Outpatient Services.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University School of Social Work in New York.  Lila is a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), through the National Institute for Trauma and Loss with Children (TLC) and the University of Michigan.  She has participated in specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).  Lila began working for CSG in 2008, providing behavioral health therapy for children and teens in the Chariots foster care program.  Lila has over twenty-one years of professional counseling experience.

Mike Brinkos, LSW

Mike Brinkos, LSW, obtained his master’s degree in social work from Millersville University. Joining the outpatient team at Community Services Group (CSG) in 2019, Mike is an outpatient therapist on our dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) team and works with both adolescents and adults. Mike’s previous experience in mental health includes services provided to dually diagnosed individuals (MH and IDD) in both inpatient and community settings. He also has experience as an adjunct faculty member at Millersville University. In addition to providing DBT at CSG, Mike has interests in working with individuals who are considering weight loss surgery or who are struggling with eating disorders, and with the LGBT population.

Rebekah Myers, MSW, LSW

Rebekah Myers, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since March of 2020. Rebekah received her Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Psychology from New York University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Carolina. Her previous professional experiences include conducting research in preschool classrooms, building a collegiate recovery program, providing therapy to active-duty soldiers and veterans, and interviewing parents about their school-aged children’s mental health. At CSG, Rebekah works as both a school-based therapist at Susquehanna Township and an Outpatient Therapist. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and supportive techniques to guide her work with children of all ages.

Rita Boer, MSW, LCSW

Rita M. Boer, MSW, LCSW is the Practice Manager for both the Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Programs of Community Services Group, where she oversees daily operations and recruits, hires, trains and supervises staff.  Rita has been employed by CSG since 2012.  Having obtained her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University, Rita’s work with CSG has been as a mental health professional, Quality Improvement Specialist and Program Coordinator. Rita became a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Therapist in 2014 and a certified Level 1 trainer for PCIT in 2018. Rita’s previous professional experience includes completing mental health assessments for all ages and working with adults in inpatient and partial hospital programs.

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Therapist who is also a Licensed Behavioral Specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  She obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, from Phoenix University and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from Lancaster Bible College in 2018. Soleana has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  In addition, Soleana holds a post-master’s degree certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults and DBT for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations. Soleana also offers DBT for adults and facilitates the trauma processing group for women at the MAPS location.  Her previous professional experience includes:  providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families utilizing varied theoretical approaches including multi-systemic therapy.  Soleana also teaches college courses at Harrisburg Area Community College.
