Stephanie Reppert, MA

Stephanie Reppert, MA, holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University. Stephanie has been with Community Services Group since 2021. Her previous experience includes providing care in an inpatient acute mental health substance abuse and dual diagnosis unit. Stephanie also has worked with individuals who were formerly incarcerated. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques as well as a strength based and person-centered approach when working with clients. Stephanie also integrates Christian based counseling if preferred by the client. She provides outpatient therapy services to adults across the age spectrum.

Genna Doran, MA

Genna Doran, MA, holds a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. Genna has been with Community Services Group since 2020. Prior to working at CSG, she completed a clinical internship working at a licensed school-based partial program providing therapy to individuals and groups. Genna maintained a role as a Neurocognitive Specialist, providing group and individual cognitive rehabilitative therapy (CRT) to individuals with neurological diagnoses; Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), multiple sclerosis (MS), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Cerebral Palsy. During that same time period, Genna also provided Mobile Therapy and Behavioral Consultation to children and adolescents throughout Chester County. As a Mental Health Professional in the Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) program, she utilized Eco-systemic family therapy with adolescents and families experiencing relational challenges. Genna worked with clients to develop individual treatment plans and assisted in facilitating change. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and  trauma-informed counseling into her work with individuals. Genna also utilizes artistic/expressive modalities; art and play therapy. Genna has a special interest in working with the LGBTQI+population. She provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults.

Kristin Mincarelli, MA, LPC

Kristin Mincarelli, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Kristin has been with Community Services Group since 2022. Kristin holds a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. She has 20 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings. These include psychiatric hospitalization units, residential programs, day treatment and educational settings. Kristin utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques as well as a strength based approach when working with clients. She has experience working with clients’ concerns regarding mood, anxiety, school avoidance, anger management, self esteem, attentional difficulties and healthy decision making. Kristin provides school based therapy in the Lancaster County School District.

Elisabeth Rettew, MS

Elisabeth Rettew, MS, Elisabeth holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. Elisabeth has been with Community Services Group since 2021. Her previous experience includes clinical work at a Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. Elisabeth provided individual, family, and group therapy. She worked closely with community resources and assisted in facilitating aftercare services for clients and their families. Elisabeth also has experience working with preschool-age children diagnosed with intellectual developmental disabilities and providing therapy to school-aged children at a therapeutic summer camp. Elisabeth utilizes a person-centered, mindfulness approach and applies CBT techniques during the therapeutic experience. Her preferred client population is children and adolescents
