Lancaster

Adam G. Biuckians, M.D.

Adam G. Biuckians, M.D., has been providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and teenagers ages 3-17 at MAPS Behavioral Health since January 2011.  He also provides psychiatric services for young adults on a case by case basis.  He has been providing psychiatric consultation to the school districts served by the Lincoln Intermediate Unit in Adams and York counties since 2008.  Dr. Biuckians obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 2003.  He then completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Pennsylvania State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.  Dr. Biuckians is a Board Certified Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist and was honored with the prestigious Patients’ Choice Award in 2011, among several other awards during medical school and residency.  Dr. Biuckians collaborates with MAPS Behavioral Health psychologists and therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for children and teenagers participating in services.  He was appointed the Medical Director for Community Services Group in November 2013.

Alex Pineda, MSW, LCSW

Alex Pineda, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been providing integrated behavioral health assessments, short-term treatment and referrals alongside physical health primary care doctors and specialists at Southeast Lancaster Health Services since January 2014.  He holds a Master of Social Work degree and a Certificate as an Addictions Professional from Florida International University.  Alex also participated in specialized training to provide grief therapy and to be a Tobacco Treatment Specialist.  Alex’s previous professional experience includes doing psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults and families; working in acute psychiatric settings, and assisting experts with forensic investigations.  He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Amanda Katchur, Psy.D.

Amanda Katchur, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist who has been providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2013.  She holds a Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University and has participated in specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Her previous professional experience includes working with all ages in community-based, inpatient, partial hospital, and outpatient programs.  Additionally, she has worked with students in a college counseling center.

Amy Ward, RN, MPH

Amy Ward, RN, MPH, is the Outpatient Practice Manager for both MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Services in Harrisburg, where she oversees daily operations and recruits, hires, trains and supervises staff.  Amy completed a Master of Public Health degree at West Chester University and education at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences to become a Registered Nurse.  Amy is also a certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid Trainer.  Her previous professional roles have included seven years of managing behavioral health services in the community and outpatient settings; providing psychiatric nursing care; and facilitating community-based behavioral health services.  She has been employed with Community Services Group since 2007.

Becky Frey, MSW, LSW

Becky Frey, MSW, LSW is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2013.  She completed a Master of Social Work degree with a Certificate in Play Therapy from Temple University.  Becky has also participated in specialized training to conduct Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).  She provides school-based outpatient therapy for children & adolescents at the Pequea Valley School District and outpatient therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health for children, teens, & young adults.  Becky also provides PCIT at both the MAPS and Carol B. Winters Head Start locations.  Her previous experience includes coordinating CSG’s Specialized Transitional Supports for Adolescents program (STSA) for young adults and providing behavioral interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other mental health symptoms.

Carla R. Petroski, MSW, LCSW

Carla R. Petroski, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who provides individual therapy for children, teens & adults at MAPS Behavioral Health.  She has completed specialized training in play therapy and the treatment of trauma, anxiety and attachment issues.  Her previous professional experience includes working in private practice.

Deborah K. Hartman, MSN, CRNP

Deborah K. Hartman, MSN, CRNP, is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, who has been providing psychiatric services for adults at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2003.  Deb has a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and a post-master’s certificate as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner from Drexel University. She practiced as a psychotherapist in Lancaster and as a nurse educator at Millersville University for several years before joining the MAPS practice.

Debra Barrett, MS

Debra Barrett, MS, has been providing school-based outpatient therapy for children and their families at King Elementary School, School District of Lancaster, since 2011.  Deb holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. She began her employment with CSG’s Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) program in 2008 and was promoted to the role of Assistant Program Director the following year.   Deb has over 23 years of professional counseling experience in varied settings including providing mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation and supervision for BHRS; directing Summer Therapeutic Activities Programs; providing individual and group therapy for hospice care; and serving in public education as a school guidance counselor.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda Vasquez, M.D.

Dr. Eduardo Rueda Vasquez, M.D. – Community Services Group (CSG) recently announced that Dr. Eduardo Rueda-Vasquez, MD, has been hired to provide outpatient telepsychiatry services. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez began seeing school-aged children and adults in October 2013. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez will provide medication monitoring and psychiatric evaluations through telepsychiatry services delivered through secure video conferencing.

Prior to joining CSG, Dr. Rueda-Vasquez was a child psychiatrist with Elmira Psychiatric Center in Elmira, New York. He also served as a staff psychiatrist in the United States Army during Operation Desert Shield/ Desert Storm. Dr. Rueda-Vasquez has received numerous awards, badges, ribbons and citations for his service and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army.

Dr. Rueda-Vasquez completed his medical education at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a psychiatry residency through the University of Miami at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and a child psychiatry fellowship with the University of Miami Affiliated Hospitals and Institutions. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of the Department of Psychiatry of the West (Williamsport) Clinical Faculty of the Commonwealth Medical College and a Board Certified physician through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Emily Tangert, MS

Emily Tangert, MS has been providing assessments, individual and group therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health and CSG’s partial hospital program in Lancaster, since 2015.  She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology degree from Millersville University and has completed foundational training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based practice.  Emily provides DBT for adolescents and adults in the MAPS outpatient program and for adults in the CSG partial hospital program.  She also includes an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  Her previous professional experience includes working in both inpatient and partial hospital mental health treatment facilities.

George Herr-Riser, MS, LMFT

George Herr-Riser, MS, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been providing individual, couples, and family therapy for children ages 6 and up, as well as for adults, at MAPS since 2005. He obtained his Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University. George also holds a Marriage and Family Therapy certification and provides Structural Family therapy as a treatment modality. In addition, he has completed specialized training from Behavioral Tech, LLC, to provide Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Gwen Burkholder, LCSW, CAADC

Gwen Burkholder, LCSW, CAADC, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor providing individual and family counseling for children, teens and adults.  Gwen holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University and a Level 1 Trainer certificate from Parent-Child Interaction (PCIT) Therapy International and currently serves as the Program Coordinator for PCIT at CSG.  She is also a Certified Trainer for both the Adult and Youth versions of Mental Health First Aid training.   In addition to working in the outpatient therapy setting, her previous professional experience includes working in varied levels of care for behavioral health, including:  inpatient, residential, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and community-based services.

Isla M. Wurst, MSS, LCSW, M.Ed.

Isla M. Wurst, MSS, LCSW, M.Ed. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing individual and family therapy at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002 for children ages 3-13, teens by request and adults.  She holds a Master of Social Services degree from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Education degree in Counseling from Millersville State University.  Isla has over 32 years of professional experience in case management, in-home services and outpatient behavioral health services.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist.  He has been providing individual and family therapy and psychological evaluations at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002.  Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has also completed specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.  He is currently providing outpatient therapy, at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and is facilitating BHRS evaluations at the Dauphin Outpatient location.

Jennifer Miller, MSN, CRNP

Jennifer Miller, MSN, CRNP, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring for adults at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2010.  She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Drexel University in order to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.  She has ten years professional experience as a psychiatric nurse working on an inpatient psychiatric unit and also five years experience as a nurse manager for an inpatient psychiatric unit.

Jim Martin, MS

Jim Martin, MS, is Community Services Group’s (CSG) director of treatment services in Lancaster/Dauphin Counties.  His background includes working 10 years as an outpatient treatment provider and 9 years providing administrative oversight to mental health programs.   Jim helped transition a three-county community mental health program from a public to a private model while living in North Carolina.  Since returning to Pennsylvania in 2008, Jim has spent the majority of his time working on implementing new and innovative services in CSG’s outpatient programs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Telepsychiatry, Integrated Health Services, and School-based Therapy.

Joanne Leatherman, MSW, LCSW

Joanne Leatherman, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing individual and family therapy for adults and their families at MAPS since 2010.  Joanne has more than 27 years professional counseling experience and has provided behavioral health therapy in community-based, residential and outpatient therapy settings.  She completed her Master of Social Work degree at Indiana University.  Joanne specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and relationship issues.

Joel Roberts, MA, LMFT

Joel Roberts, MA, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He has been providing individual and family therapy for people ages 14 and older at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2007. He obtained his Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary. Joel’s previous professional experience includes providing intensive case management for adults with mental health symptoms at Community Services Group.

John Spychalski, M.Ed.

John Spychalski, M.Ed. is a Licensed Psychologist.  He has been providing individual and couples counseling and psychological evaluations for adults and culturally diverse populations at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2008.  John provides consulting and training for staff, as well as consulting services to business and service organizations.  He participates in Employee Assistance Programs through various insurances by providing assessment, referral, treatment, critical incident debriefing and training to staff and management personnel.  He completed his Master of Education in Counseling Psychology degree at Antioch University and has been practicing and teaching for over 37 years.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents at Community Services Group since August, 2009.  Dr. Hussain obtained his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College.  He then completed his General Psychiatry Training at the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, Texas.  In addition, Dr. Hussain completed his Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve/ University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Hussain is Board Certified in General Psychiatry.  Dr. Hussain currently provides psychiatry at the Dauphin Outpatient Services location in Harrisburg and provides tele-psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster.  He also provides psychiatric services at CSG’s child and adolescent community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program in Harrisburg.

Karen Mummau, MSW, LCSW

Karen Mummau, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been providing school-based outpatient therapy for children, teens, and families since September, 2013.  She completed her Master of Social Work degree at Virginia Commonwealth University.  Karen has developed a comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health treatments in her more than twenty years of professional experience working with children, teens and their families in various settings including residential, foster care and adoption, and the school setting.  She has an in-depth understanding of adoption issues.  Karen previously taught Human Services courses at Harrisburg Area Community College – Lebanon Campus and she has also been a parent trainer for adoptive and foster parents.   Karen has completed training in the use of Sand Tray Therapy as well as Client Centered and Directive Play Therapy techniques.

Karyn Rosenberg, MSW, LCSW

Karyn Rosenberg, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides school-based outpatient therapy for children and families.  She completed her Master of Social Work degree from Widener University.  Karyn has participated in specialized training to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Karyn’s professional experience includes more than five years of providing outpatient therapy and more than fifteen years working with children and families within the child welfare system.  Karyn has an extensive knowledge of how children and families experience foster care and adoption and with working in post adoption situations.  She is also well-versed in providing counseling for grief and loss.

Kate Sechrist, MS, LBS, LPC

Kate Sechrist, MS, LBS, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is providing individual and family therapy for children, adolescents and adults and also Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), for adolescents and adults at MAPS Behavioral Health.  She completed her Master of Science degree in professional counseling at Loyola University in Maryland.  Kate has also completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  Kate is a Licensed Behavior Specialist and holds certifications as a National Certified Counselor and to do EAP Critical Incident Response.  She has participated in specialized training in Play Therapy with a focus on sand tray and Trauma-focused therapy.  Kate’s previous professional experience includes providing outpatient therapy; working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, school and community settings; and facilitating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy groups and care-giver support groups.

Kelly Windle, MSW, LSW

Kelly Windle, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2002.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University and has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  Kelly provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and also provides DBT for adults at the MAPS/Lancaster location.  Kelly’s previous professional experience at CSG includes doing direct care, staff supervision, and program management, for community-based and residential programs for adults with serious mental illness.  Kelly also provides training on mental health topics such as Recovery and Resiliency.

Ken Brooks, RN-BC

Ken Brooks, RN-BC, is a psychiatric nurse who has been assisting psychiatrists and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners with medication monitoring at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2001.  Ken facilitates the Clozaril Clinic at MAPS and does injections.  He has twenty years experience with facilitating stress management groups.  He completed his education at St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing to become a Registered Nurse.  He is also Board Certified in Mental Health, Psychiatric Nursing.  His professional experience includes working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health programs for more than 34 years.

Kenneth E. Ruffner, MS

Kenneth E Ruffner, MS, is a Licensed Psychologist, providing individual, marriage, and family therapy and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.  He has been with Community Services Group and MAPS Behavioral Health since 2013.  Having completed his Master of Science in Psychology at Millersville University, Ken has been providing psychological services in the outpatient therapy setting for over 37 years.  He is also certified to provide Critical Incident Stress Management and Youth Mental Health First Aid trainings.

Koren “Kory” Anderson, MA, LPC

Koren “Kory” Anderson, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor.  She completed degrees in both Psychology and Counseling from Kutztown University and has participated in specialized training to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Kory has 17 years of experience working with various age groups including children, adolescents and adults.  Kory provides outpatient therapy and EAP services at MAPS Behavioral Health.  She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques with an emphasis on health and wellness and treating the whole person.

Kristina Dundore, MSW, LSW

Kristina Dundore, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, adults and their families at CSG Outpatient locations including:  MAPS Behavioral Health, the Factory Ministries Together Community Center and school-based therapy.  Kristina holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University.  Kristina’s previous professional experience includes facilitating:  Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy through Family-based services; case management services for homeless families; and behavioral specialist consultation and mobile therapy.

Lillian Pacheco, M.Ed.

Lillian Pacheco, M.Ed. has been providing individual, family and group therapy at MAPS behavioral health in Spanish and English for children, teens and adults since 2009. Lillian holds a Master of Education degree in Guidance and Counseling, from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico. She has more than 25 years of professional counseling experience, including working in community-based and outpatient therapy programs. Lillian provides services at the MAPS primary location on New Holland Avenue and also at Southeast Lancaster Health Services.

Lorena A. Vargas, M.S.

Lorena A. Vargas, M.S., joined Community Services Group as an outpatient therapist in 2015, providing services to children, teens, families and adults.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English and holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology with a Major in Mental Health Therapy from Doxa International University, Coral Springs, Florida.  Lorena has participated in specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based therapy and is currently providing PCIT at both the MAPS Behavioral Health and Carol B. Winters Head Start locations.  Her previous professional experience includes providing therapy for children and families in both institutional and outpatient settings and also working in private practice.

Nohely Rosario, LPN

Nohely Rosario, LPN, is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Practical Nurse, who joined the psychiatry & nursing staff at MAPS Behavioral Health in 2016.  She completed her Practical Nursing training at the Willow Street campus of the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center.  Nohely’s responsibilities include: facilitating telepsychiatry appointments, injections, Clozaril clinic, and assisting patients with medication needs.  Her previous professional experience includes providing nursing care for children, adolescents, senior adults, and also working in an occupational health clinic.

Patti Stripling, RN

Patti Stripling, RN, has been the Psychiatry/ Nursing Supervisor at MAPS Behavioral Health since April of 2012.  She assists the psychiatrists and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners with medication monitoring.  Patti completed her education at Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing in order to become a Registered Nurse.  She has more than 35 years of professional experience with psychiatric nursing in both inpatient mental health units and outpatient levels of care.  She also has 12 years of experience as a nurse supervisor.

Peg Weik, M.Ed.

Peg Weik, M.Ed., has been providing school-based outpatient therapy for students at Burrowes Elementary School, School District of Lancaster, since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Millersville University. Her previous professional experiences include working as a Physical Education teacher/instructor (K-adult), an elementary school counselor, a Montessori teacher and a Children’s Case Manager for Lancaster County MH/MR. She currently volunteers as a member of Burrowes’ Student Assistance Program.

Rebecca L. DiSarro, MSW, LSW

Rebecca L. DiSarro, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who is providing school-based outpatient therapy for children, adolescents and families.  She completed her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University.  Rebecca’s previous professional experience includes providing case management for a therapeutic foster care program; nephrology social work at a kidney dialysis center; and mobile therapy and behavioral specialist consultation in the home, school and community settings.

Rita Boer, MSW, LCSW

Rita Boer, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing outpatient therapy for children, adults and families at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2012.  Having obtained her Master of Social Work degree at Temple University, Rita also became a Certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Therapist in 2014.  In addition, Rita serves as the Outpatient Quality Improvement Specialist for CSG’s Outpatient Programs.  Rita’s previous professional experience includes completing mental health assessments for all ages and working with adults in inpatient and partial hospital programs.

Sandra Chaby, RN

Sandra Chaby, RN, is a registered nurse who works with the clinical staff of Community Services Group outpatient psychiatry program, MAPS.  Having obtained her Diploma in Nursing from the Swedish Hospital School of Nursing & Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Sandy has more than 15 years experience, providing behavioral health treatment in varied levels of care including psychiatric emergency room, case management and residential settings.  She has been employed at Community Services Group since 2006.

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Therapist and Licensed Behavioral Specialist.  She obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, from Phoenix University and has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  In addition, Soleana holds a post-master’s degree certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.  She provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults and DBT for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations. She also offers DBT for adults at the Lancaster location.  Soleana’s previous professional experience includes:  providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families utilizing varied theoretical approaches including multi-systemic therapy.  Soleana also teaches college courses at Harrisburg Area Community College.

Stephen Heffner, MS, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Stephen Heffner, MS, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring for adults at MAPS Behavioral Health.  Stephen obtained his Master of Science degree in Nursing at New York University and is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified with the American Nurse Credentialing Center.  His previous professional experience includes being a registered nurse for more than six years, on an inpatient medical unit at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, where the patients had co-existing acute/chronic medical problems and mental health conditions.  During graduate training, Stephen also provided psychiatric evaluation and medication management for chronically mentally ill patients, home-based psychotherapy for foster children, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for undergraduate and graduate college students.

Tara Wiker, MSW, LCSW

Tara Wiker, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for children, adolescents and families at our CSG outpatient locations including:  MAPS Behavioral Health, The Factory Ministries Together Community Center and school-based therapy.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has completed a Certification to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).  Tara has also been trained to facilitate the Incredible Years Parent and Child Small Group Curricula.  Tara has more than five years professional experience providing outpatient therapy in the school setting and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Tasneem Ali, M.D.

Tasneem Ali, M.D. has been providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and adolescents ages 3-17 at MAPS Behavioral Health since August, 2017.  Dr. Ali obtained her MBBS degree at Liaquat Medical College in Hyderabad, Pakistan.  She then completed her General Psychiatry Training at New York Medical College/ St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in Staten Island, New York.  In addition, Dr. Ali completed her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at New York Medical College/ Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, New York.  Dr. Ali has a broad range of experience in providing psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults in varied settings including inpatient, outpatient and day mental health treatment programs, also correctional facilities and a children’s group home.

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW, is Director of Mental Health Treatment Services for Community Services Group (CSG).  Aimee is a graduate of Catholic University of America, where she received an MSW.  Aimee became a Licensed Social Worker in 2001 and earned her Clinical Social Work license in 2003.

Following graduation, Aimee returned to Pennsylvania and began her career with CSG in March of 2001.  After several years providing clinical care, Aimee was promoted to Assistant Program Director for Behavioral Health and Rehabilitative Services in 2004, Program Director of Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in 2007, and Director or Mental Health Treatment Services in 2015.  Aimee has been involved in pioneering several services within CSG’s Outpatient program such as Telepsychiatry, Integration of behavioral healthcare into physical healthcare, and implementation of the Decision Support Center.

Emily Sweely, MS

Emily Sweely, MS, is a Mental Health Professional who has been providing outpatient therapy for two years.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from the Pennsylvania State University, Altoona campus in 2008 and her Master of Science in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014.  She is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor.  Emily has training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Emily has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient and school based settings.

Ivy Eldred, LCSW

Ivy Eldred, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2013. Ivy also serves as the group therapist for the adult partial hospitalization program. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Lycoming College in 2005 and her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University in 2013.

Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW

Kristie Steinbacher, LCSW, has been with Community Services Group since 2013. She started at CSG’s IDD Community Residential Program in York/Adams County. She began working as an outpatient therapist at the Mill Hall Office of CSG in 2016. She has 18 years of experience as an outpatient therapist; working at several community mental health centers; and most recently, as part of a medical family practice. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work/Psychology Minor from Shippensburg University in 1994 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University in 1998. She enjoys working with all ages; providing individual, family, marital/couples, and play therapy.

Lauren Pauling, LPC

Lauren Pauling, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who began working as an outpatient therapist at Community Services Group in 2015. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millersville University in 2011, her Masters in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University in 2013, and her LPC in 2016. Lauren is also trauma certified and helps run the Women’s Trauma Group at CSG for adult women that have a history of trauma. She has been working in the field since 2008 and has experience, especially with children and adolescents, in all levels of care including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization, school-based therapy, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), group therapy, and individual counseling.

Lori Wilcocks, LCSW

Lori Wilcocks, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at the University of Western Ontario in London Ontario in 1993 and also completed a certificate in addiction studies in 1995.  She Attended Georgian College in Orillia, Ontario and received a diploma in addiction studies in 1998 and moved to the Williamsport area.  In 2005 she graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Marywood University and joined the Community Services Group as an outpatient mental health professional in 2015. Lori has worked as a licensed Drug and Alcohol counselor working in inpatient, outpatient, rehabilitation and hospital facilities.  She has also worked within the mental health field as a Therapeutic Staff support or Behavioral Specialist.  Her expertise and compassion offer her clients the support and knowledge to make the necessary changes to increase the quality of their lives.

Misty Palmatier, LMFT

Misty Palmatier, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2015.  Prior to working at CSG Misty worked in multiple mental health programs including behavioral health services for children, family based, school based, and outpatient therapy services.  She has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lock Haven University and her Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts. Along with traditional therapy with individuals Misty specializes in Family Based Therapy, Couples Therapy, and therapy with children and adolescents in the school setting.  Misty also serves on the executive board for the Pennsylvania Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Susan Seymour, LSW

Susan Seymour, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who began working as an Outpatient Mental Health Professional with Community Services Group in 2014.  She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology degree from Lock Haven University in 2008 and her Masters of Social Work degree from University of Southern California in 2014.  In additional to traditional outpatient therapy, Susan has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adults and Adolescents.

Tammy Pennington, MD

Tammy Pennington, MD, PLLC was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1994 from the University of Louisville.  After working in healthcare for a few years she decided to return to school.  She graduated from the University of Louisville Medical School in 2005. During that time she received the “S.Spafford Ackerly Award for Outstanding Performance in Psychiatry”.  Dr. Pennington completed her Psychiatric Residency training from the University of Louisville in June 2009. During her training at the University of Louisville Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences she received the following awards: “Post graduate year-2 Inpatient Psychiatry Award”,  “Harvey R. St. Clair, M.D. Award in Psychodynamics” and “The Dr. Henry P. and M. Page Durkee Laughlin Foundation Award of Distinguished Laughlin Fellow for 2009”.  During her residency at the University of Louisville she had the privilege of training under a number of accomplished, very distinguished and nationally recognized physicians in the field of Psychiatry.  Dr. Pennington chose the field of Psychiatry as a result of her dedication and commitment to helping those in need of mental health services. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Valerie Noel, LPC

Valerie Noel, MS, NCC, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been providing Mental Health Services for the past 13 years at CSG. She has worked with all ages across the continuum of care including Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services, Family Based, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Outpatient. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from the University of West Alabama in 2006. In August 2014, she completed her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Valerie has extensive training in family systems therapy, behavioral therapy, certified in applied behavior analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and is a certified clinical trauma professional.  Valerie has experience working with individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, abuse, family therapy, couples, bipolar, adjustment disorders, ADHD, IDD, self-regulation challenges, anger management, and short term counseling (EAP services).  Valerie has a strength based approach, continuity of care, meeting individuals where they are presently functioning.  Valerie utilizes CBT, IFS, ACT, relaxation, mindfulness, play therapy techniques, family systems, behavioral, psychoeducation and crisis intervention.

Williamsport

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW

Aimee Tsikitas, LCSW, is Director of Mental Health Treatment Services for Community Services Group (CSG).  Aimee is a graduate of Catholic University of America, where she received an MSW.  Aimee became a Licensed Social Worker in 2001 and earned her Clinical Social Work license in 2003.

Dr. Douglas Reed, MD

Dr. Douglas Reed, MD, has been working at Community Services Group as an Adult Psychiatrist since 2004. He graduated from Amherst College and went on to earn his MD from Temple University in 1990. He completed his psychiatric residency training at Tripler Army Hospital in Hawaii in 1994. He served 4 years as an Army Psychiatrist at Fort Riley, Kansas. Prior to working at Community Services Group, he worked in the psychiatry department at Geisinger Medical Center from 1998 to 2004.

Elaine Hicks, LCSW

Elaine Hicks, LCSW, has been a Mental Health Professional at Community Services Group since February of 2011. She received her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certificate in August 2013. Elaine graduated from Lock Haven University, with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, in 2005 and in 2007 graduated from Marywood University with a Master of Social Work. Prior to coming to CSG, Elaine worked as a therapist at a residential facility for adolescent females. She also has experience as a licensed social worker at Diakon Family Life Services, and in a private clinical practice in Dallas, PA. Elaine has received intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, for the treatment of borderline personality disorder.

Frank Green, MA

Frank Green, MA, began working as an outpatient therapist with Community Services Group in 2011. He graduated from Lock Haven University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006. He then went on to attend Biblical Theological Seminary where he obtained his Master of Arts degree in counseling in 2009. Frank has been working as an outpatient therapist since that time. Along with general outpatient therapy he has specialized trainings in Dialectical Behavioral therapy for treating individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder. He has also been trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for children ages 2 to 6 years old and their families. Frank is also experienced in faith-based counseling.

John Youngman, LCSW

John Youngman, LSCW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy for Community Services Group since 2000. He received his BA from Hamilton College and his MSW from Marywood University. John has specialized training in Sex Offender treatment, Family-based counseling and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. He has extensive past experience working in secondary education and the child welfare system.

Karen Kaskie, CRNP

Karen Kaskie, CRNP, is an Adult Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who joined CSG in July 2016 to provide outpatient psychiatric services to adults in the Williamsport and Mill Hall offices. Ms. Kaskie began her nursing career in 1988 in medicine, but knew her heart was in providing mental health services. While working full time in various psychiatric settings, she pursued additional education to achieve the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2010. Her initial nursing degrees were from Montgomery County Community College and LaSalle University; later she obtained both a Masters degree and post-Masters certificate from University of Pennsylvania. She maintains an active RN license, Nurse Practitioner license, DEA certification and Board certification through ANCC. Her past experience includes working with clients in outpatient, residential and inpatient programs, the state correctional system, and nursing homes. While in Philadelphia, she participated in clinical pharmacology research and NIMH genetic research studies of schizophrenia and depression.  Ms. Kaskie moved to central PA in 2002 and enjoys gardening, knitting, reading, walking and yoga, and is looking forward to the challenge of meeting the needs of the community.

Lyndsey Stiger, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2007.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004 and her Master of Social Work degree from Widener University in 2007.  In addition to traditional outpatient therapy, Lyndsey has specialized training in childhood sexual abuse treatment and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder.  Lyndsey is also a trained Parent-Child Interaction Therapist for preschool age children and their families.

Pamela Wollet, LSW

Pamela Wollet, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who began working as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for Community Services Group in 2015 and worked in the same capacity for other Mental Health Agencies since 2007.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 1999 and her Master of Social Work Degree from Marywood University in 2009.  In addition to traditional Outpatient Therapy, Pam has specialized training in Grief Support for children, teens, and their families as well as EMDR Trauma Therapy support to help individuals process trauma in their life.

Patricia J. Barrett, LCSW

Patricia J. Barrett, LCSW, started at CSG in 2006 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her experience in behavioral health includes 24 years of clinical practice with EAP counseling – short term, referral and Critical Incident Stress Debriefings, and work related issues between clients and businesses. In addition to EAP counseling, she has also worked with short-term/long term Mental Health conditions and life issues with individuals, couples and families. She has worked in not-for-profit, for-profit and hospital based clinics. She has a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University and an MSW from Marywood University.

Robert Williams, LSW

Robert Williams, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who began working as an outpatient mental health professional with Community Services Group in 2016. Robert also is part of the DBT program at both the Williamsport and Sunbury locations. He received both his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2010 and his Master of Science in Social Work degree in 2014 from the University of Tennessee.

Tanya Frey, LCSW

Tanya Frey, LCSW, began her work as a therapist with Community Services Group in 2007.  She received her Bachelor of Psychology degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001 and her Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2005. Tanya became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania in 2009.  Tanya has experience working with children, adults, and families in the home, community, and outpatient setting.  Tanya also serves as one of CSG’s Clinical Supervisors for Children’s Services.

Tinecia E. Repard, LSW

Tinecia E. Repard, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who began working as an outpatient Mental Health Professional with Community Services Group in 2016.  Tinecia graduated from the University of Michigan in 2015 as a Master of Social Work with a concentration in Children & Youth and Interpersonal practice.  While attending U.M., Tinecia received a Child Welfare Scholarship, through which she focused on working with children with trauma backgrounds.  Tinecia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bucknell University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Honors English.  Following Bucknell, Tinecia moved to Houston, Texas as a Teach For America corps member, and taught elementary school for 3 years.  Tinecia also has experience in teacher education, with the Job Corps program serving youth and young adults ages 16-24 and as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant with children on the Autism Spectrum.

Harrisburg

Amy Ward, RN, MPH

Amy Ward, RN, MPH, is the Outpatient Practice Manager for both MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient Services in Harrisburg, where she oversees daily operations and recruits, hires, trains and supervises staff.  Amy completed a Master of Public Health degree at West Chester University and education at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences to become a Registered Nurse.  Amy is also a certified Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid Trainer.  Her previous professional roles have included seven years of managing behavioral health services in the community and outpatient settings; providing psychiatric nursing care; and facilitating community-based behavioral health services.  She has been employed with Community Services Group since 2007.

DeAnna Smith, MA, LPC, NCC

DeAnna Smith, MA, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is providing school-based outpatient therapy for children and adolescents in Kindergarten through grade 12.  She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling with a concentration in marriage and family therapy, from Messiah College.  DeAnna has participated in specialized training to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), play therapy, and counseling for children and adults who have experienced or witnessed sexual and/or domestic violence trauma.  DeAnna’s professional experience includes providing counseling services and overseeing a program that provided preservation and reunification services in Dauphin and York counties.  She also provided advocacy for children in treatment foster care programs and on juvenile probation for ten years.

Holly Hampton, MS, LPC, JFIS I

Holly Hampton, MS, LPC, JFIS I is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who provides Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) at Dauphin Outpatient Services.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Morehead State University in Kentucky.   Holly has participated in specialized training to do Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, both of which are evidence-based treatment approaches.  Holly is a Trauma Informed Care trainer and serves as a Clinical Supervisor for CSG’s Children’s Services.  Additionally, she is the Program Director for the Juvenile Firesetter Assessment Consultation Treatment Services (JFACTS) program provided in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Perry Counties.  She is certified as a Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Specialist 1.  Her previous professional experience includes conducting psychological evaluations, as well as outpatient and community-based therapy with children and adults, including children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Willard, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist.  He has been providing individual and family therapy and psychological evaluations at MAPS Behavioral Health since 2002.  Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has also completed specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.  He is currently providing outpatient therapy, at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and is facilitating BHRS evaluations at the Dauphin Outpatient location.

Jim Martin, MS

Jim Martin, MS, is Community Services Group’s (CSG) director of treatment services in Lancaster/Dauphin Counties.  His background includes working 10 years as an outpatient treatment provider and 9 years providing administrative oversight to mental health programs.   Jim helped transition a three-county community mental health program from a public to a private model while living in North Carolina.  Since returning to Pennsylvania in 2008, Jim has spent the majority of his time working on implementing new and innovative services in CSG’s outpatient programs, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Telepsychiatry, Integrated Health Services, and School-based Therapy.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D.

Junaid Akhtar Hussain, M.D, has been providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents at Community Services Group since August, 2009.  Dr. Hussain obtained his MBBS degree at Dow Medical College.  He then completed his General Psychiatry Training at the Austin Medical Education Program in Austin, Texas.  In addition, Dr. Hussain completed his Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Case Western Reserve/ University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Hussain is Board Certified in General Psychiatry.  Dr. Hussain currently provides psychiatry at the Dauphin Outpatient Services location in Harrisburg and provides tele-psychiatry at MAPS Behavioral Health in Lancaster.  He also provides psychiatric services at CSG’s child and adolescent community residential rehabilitation (CRR) program in Harrisburg.

Kelly Windle, MSW, LSW

Kelly Windle, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker who has been with Community Services Group since 2002.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University and has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  Kelly provides DBT treatment and outpatient therapy for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations and also provides DBT for adults at the MAPS/Lancaster location.  Kelly’s previous professional experience at CSG includes doing direct care, staff supervision, and program management, for community-based and residential programs for adults with serious mental illness.  Kelly also provides training on mental health topics such as Recovery and Resiliency.

Lila F. Hughes, MSW

Lila F. Hughes, MSW, CTS, provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults at Dauphin Outpatient Services.  She holds a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University School of Social Work in New York.  Lila is a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), through the National Institute for Trauma and Loss with Children (TLC) and the University of Michigan.  She has participated in specialized training to provide Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).  Lila began working for CSG in 2008, providing behavioral health therapy for children and teens in the Chariots foster care program.  Lila has over twenty-one years of professional counseling experience.

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS

Soleana Silva, MS, LBS is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outpatient Therapist and Licensed Behavioral Specialist.  She obtained a Master of Science degree in Psychology, from Phoenix University and has completed Foundational Training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based therapy.  In addition, Soleana holds a post-master’s degree certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.  She provides individual and family therapy for children, teens and adults and DBT for adolescents at both the MAPS/Lancaster and Dauphin Outpatient locations. She also offers DBT for adults at the Lancaster location.  Soleana’s previous professional experience includes:  providing counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families utilizing varied theoretical approaches including multi-systemic therapy.  Soleana also teaches college courses at Harrisburg Area Community College.
