  • Current employment - Founder, Chairman, President, and CEO of Acadia, Inc., a rehabilitation program for victims of closed head trauma
  • Founder and chairman of Shields Enterprises, an organization devoted to the development of investment opportunities
  • Past employment includes numerous positions in the banking industry including founder, chairman and CEO of Freedom Valley Bank
  • Trustee of the College of Williams and Mary and former trustee of Malvern Prepatory School
  • Focus on business efficiencies and human resource management in a financially constrained industry

Marilyn Lee Olds, MSW, ACSW

  • Served on the Board of Directors of CSG since 1992
  • Retired in 1991 from Lancaster County MH/MR as Director of Mental Health Services
  • Prior employment includes Assistant Professor and Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, School of Social Work, WSU and Clinical Supervisor, DPW, Detroit, MI
  • Board member of the Tempo Clubhouse
  • Long-time member of the CSP Advisory Committee of Central Region, OMHSAS and Lancaster County
  • Focus specifically on mental health services and issues

Brian P. Condron, MD

  • Served on the CSG Board of Directors since 1999
  • Current employment - Medical Director for COmmunity Services Group since 1996
  • Prior employment includes Chief of CLinical Services and Assistant Executive Director for Addiction Recovery Corporation - The Terraces, as well as private practice in psychiatry and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Temple University
  • Board certified in psychiatry and neurology; added qualifications in addiction psychiatry

Terry W. Blue, PhD

  • Served on CSG Board of Directors since 1988
  • Current employment – Penn State Harrisburg- Sr. Research Associate and Certification Officer 
  • Former employment includes professor at Franklin and Marshall College and teaching in public school setting
  • Active in state and national teacher education associations

Dana Henning, EdD

  • Served on the Board of Directors at CSG since 1986
  • Director of Dana Henning Training Programs which focus on training for challenging behaviors (autism spectrum disorders and dually diagnosed MH/MR)
  • Former employment includes Director of Education for New Jersey and Pennsylvania based developmentally disabled centers and teaching on the college level

Tom Strauss

  • Served on the CSG Board of Directors since 1996
  • Background in design and advertising
  • Founding parent - Homefields - a resdiential and vocational program for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. 
  • The consumer/family member perspective is the primary focus of interest, in addition to business, marketing, and human resource skills
